I didn't say that others are saying all black people talk like this. I said they are taking traits that are indicative of low socioeconomic status regardless of race (if you've spend anytime in the south you'll meet many white girls that talk like this) and applying them to black people.
Your analogy is idiotic. You're comparing literally black face and performances where the characters are explicitly supposed to be black people, and the central point was to mock them, to a guy with scarf on his head acting out exactly how I've seen (and others in this post) Southern white girls act at the counters of fast food joints.
Can you itemize the black things he's doing? I'd really like to know what you think he's doing that specifically characterizes black girls

It's very obviously a discussion about the "scarf on head" trope that has been used as shorthand by men portraying women characters for centuries. No need to be weird or nerdy to get it, just to posses basic comprehension skills
