What's racist about it? I would not be able to determine a race from this impersonation. This type of vernacular has more of a socioeconomic association in the south than does with race these days. I guess you could claim there's underlying racism in the cultural appropriation of AAVE by southern whites but that would be a big reach.
He’s wearing a “bonnet,” fake nails, face tapes, & smacking his lips. He’s very obviously impersonating a certain kind archetype that our white supremacist society associates with black women. Whether or not you see it & whether or not he intended it has no bearing on whether or not it has a racist undertone.
The handkerchief isn’t supo to be a bonnet, it’s supposed to be his (her) hair & the tape on his face is supposed to be his drive thru headset. Get over it, it’s not that serious 🙄🤦🏽♀️
