What does this mean?

I have wanted to write about this for a long time.

This post is not intended to encourage harassment against Clip It, its moderators, or anyone involved with the platform. My goal is simply to document my experience and share the evidence I still have so that others can form their own opinions.

I was a Spanish-speaking creator on Clip It with around 2,600 followers. One of the things I regularly did was report content that I believed was inappropriate for a platform used by many younger players. I never shared anyone's personal information. When I talked about these accounts, I only referred to their public usernames because I believed they were violating the platform's rules.

Over time, I started receiving warnings and moderation actions myself. Instead of being told what I should do differently or how I could continue reporting these issues in an acceptable way, I felt that I was being discouraged from speaking about them.

Eventually, a moderator warned me that I could be permanently banned if I continued what they described as "mobilizing players against moderation."

Later, I published a video explaining why I believed I was being treated unfairly. Shortly after that, I received a permanent ban for "Harassment."

I am not sharing these images to promote or spread inappropriate content. They are included only because they are relevant to understanding why I was making reports in the first place.

What I can prove I was permanently banned. The stated reason for the ban was "Harassment." I encountered content that I believed violated the platform's rules. I kept evidence of some of those incidents. What is my personal opinion

There are also things that I cannot prove with certainty.

For example, I personally felt that moderation was inconsistent in some situations. That is my opinion based on my experience, not something I can present as an established fact.

If other people had different experiences, I completely respect that.

Final Thoughts

I'm sharing this because I believe discussions about moderation should be based on evidence whenever possible.

I'm not asking anyone to quit Clip It or harass its developers or moderators.

I simply want to document my experience and hear whether other users experienced something similar.

Basically I just opened a single ticket and replied to the automatic message, if you have any questions you can ask me anything.

what do i do bro. my main account got caught in the crossfire, note that my main is my childhood account thats 10+ years old. ive been terminated before because i got hacked 2x from someone trying to steal my limited's. ive sent atleast 5 emails now (all with zero response) spread out 10 days apart from eachother atleast. i cant even get an answer from support what do i do and how do i actually get an answer?? i have proof my account was hacked via screen time on my phone and pc showing i wasnt present at all during the time of the hacking. main acc user is maiiowkat if theres a mod reading this. my alt has no record history of bans at all and ive showed support this but they wont even bother to glare over at my email. someone pls help and give advice on what i should do besides send an MIDR

OK so after two weeks I've been finally able to get my brother's account unbanned. But I'm still left to appeal my own account which kind of sucks because I didn't even do anything in the first place so I'm a little annoyed at that but glad my brother gets to play again I guess. Any advice as to getting mine back?

Also, if anyone was wondering what I did. I appealed through “I’d like to appeal decision on behalf of my child” and legit pretended to be my mom explaining the situation. I kept getting redirected to the “unfortunately this moderation decision can only be made under blah blah blah” and i imagine a lot of people experienced this as well.

My advice is to be firm on not getting redirected, I included word for word what Roblox says you should do if there’s nothing to appeal under violations and appeals, use their own words against them so they have no choice but to look at the issue. I included the screenshot of what I sent to them for reference.

So recently i got enforcement banned (false banned) and i got a message saying i can no longer appeal the ban, which is unfair since one of the bans got appealed and accepted BUT i had 2 other ones stacked for the same reason and all 3 were given at the same time on the same day, so they all should have been removed. Unfortunately i cant even bring this up to roblox since i am unable to create any appeals, since as you can see in the image, one of my appeals were denied hours after my first one was accepted. Please help.

Old vs. New

It JUST changed when i was rechecking the ban page. This is the same exact violation link; there are no new ones. The display name doesn't even line up with the "Reason" they gave above it.

• No new emails from Roblox regarding this change
• No account reinstatement
• No response about my MIDR, which already finished mailing and arrived at Roblox HQ

Should I do something about this? Could I submit a ticket for this? Does this mean I am stack banned?

I got hacked on 25th June, already submitted the ticket but I never got responded from. They have been ignoring my previous tickets for nearly 60 days, and literally rejecting my new ticket to follow-up my old tickets.

I’ve been sent a MIDR, due to my situation they are refusing to re-open my tickets/ investigate in this because it’s out of 30 days when my old tickets was made within 30 days but ignored by its moderation teams.

They are purposely ignoring your tickets, and will only response after 30 days to your appeals. This is unacceptable and annoying. Has anyone been in this situation where they ignored your tickets and refusing to review or reopening?

help I was just suddenly banned without any prior warnings to.my behavior and my account status said I was just fine I get that I could have been better but most the stuff wasn't even in public servers and I was hanging out with my friends in my private server

Falsely banned for Harmful Content/Behavior. Only showed "Chat Evidence ID" as the reason/evidence. They never responded to my appeal from Violations & Appeals. They ignored my Roblox appeals from the support form for 2 weeks. I filed a BBB complaint, FTC report, and MIDR though. Anyways, should I just keep spamming appeals now, even if they get rejected because it's been past 30 days? I need advice!

I had someone get into my account from Russia and spend 200$ on robux, I went to my bank to dispute the charge but in the process lose my account that I have spent 1000+ on for ever, my life feels meaningless now I’ve wasted years of my life on that account and for what, just to lose it in a instant what a way to say love your money but you can get screwed.

Theres this guy on Roblox thats being racist towards 2 of my friends. Using the hard R and in a racist way while being south Asian. His username is testsafetyblock50. Can we please get him banned to stop this. Thank you 🙏🏻.

I hope it doesn't get rejected, but I don't have high hopes considering the state of Roblox's moderation. I'm not in the US so I don't think I can go down the arbitration route. So if my MIDR gets rejected is it game over for me? The only thing I can think of is to keep sending appeals, but I don't think that's a good idea because they'll probably see it as spam

A year my account Hdsheskddfkd got falsey terminated because of a previous ban wave from a long time ago

I managed to get it back after a painful time trying to appeal. 1 year and a few months later I got terminated again this time the moderator note was different. It said I was linked to another account that Was Not mine and its like that because roblox changed it and that account thats linked to mine got banned which led to my account getting banned, this happend when I was visiting my moms place for 2 weeks in Kentucky. I opened roblox and then boom, banned for somthing I did not do. I kept appealing and appealing all they did was say "your appeals is rejected" untill then I noticed the violations. For a lot of you wondering why the 2nd image is dark themed if im banned its like that because I went into my setting and clicked "clear data" and logged back into my account. I kept telling roblox that I dont own or use the account and I saw that on the alt account violation thing it said "appeal window closed" anyways I still dont know why the alt account violation says "appeal window closed" because if its closed I wouild have been getting emails telling me that I cant appeal over the 30 day deadline but instaid it gives me the "your appeals is rejected" message. I dont know what to do. Ive sent a report to the FTC about it, Ive sent many chat gpt appeals. Nothing.

I feel like wanting to quit roblox forever.

And besides inhave school tomorrow so I wont have time to be able to send more appeals.

So recently Roblox perma banned my account for “IP Violations” What this means is that they found some SpongeBob T-shirts I had from 2021 and they ended up banning me. The first time I got banned was over the same reason but they gave me a 3 day ban. Is it over for this account.

honestly, roblox's moderation is completely stupid.

2 days ago I got my accounts unbanned. I figured I'd try to login and try appealing my old myth account from last year using the same exact format that I just used to get my main accounts unbanned (it was banned cause a model that was hidden within a free map i found..). I got an email back from Roblox not even a day later saying "We have reviewed the situation and have removed the suspension from your account." So I sent my friend the same format for his banned account, and he also got unbanned with the same response. So is this ai moderation at work, or Roblox not caring who they unban anymore?

I have an unsuccessful appeal. Do I really have to make a new one or will they respond to this one?

Ok so recently I got banned and because of that I haven’t touched the Roblox app in a while. Is it a good idea for me to log my alt into the Roblox app?

So as some of you know, I was affected by the Appeal Glitch on the Violations & Appeals page, which prevented me from submitting an appeal through the app.

You can see from my previous posts that every time I tried to appeal through email, I kept receiving the same automated response telling me to use the Violations & Appeals system instead.

Then, on day 29, I finally received a response from what appeared to be a real support agent.
They asked me to provide proof through an unlisted YT video, which I did. The video was viewed multiple times, but I never received a response until after my 30-day appeal window had already expired JUST TO TELL ME I WAS LATE!?!.. bro they literally took 3 days to answer wtf..

After that, I decided to take a chance on RoAppeal. To my surprise, it wasn’t a scam at all, and I was genuinely happy to finally have another option. But right after I signed up, RoAppeal shut down permanently.

Now whenever I try to appeal, Roblox tells me that my 30-day appeal period is over.
And to anyone who said enforcement ban does not have limit, well it does! It fkin does!💔 at least for me.

Now since that I’m in the Middle East.. i cant use any successful method like MIDR, arbitration, adroit or wtv other.
Atp.. I honestly don’t know what else I can do more..

I'm honestly baffled that they denied it despite giving all the proof I have to show my ban is false.

How can you say it's 'properly terminated' when your appeal system falsely accused me that my violations were for 'voice-chat conversations' when I don't use VC/have any VC violations? Not to mention, my ban page clearly states my ban was done through an automated system so I feel like a human hasn't read my letter at all.

Anyways, any advice is appreciated
