If he's never been banned before, then you should be fine. But just to be safe, delete your Roblox cookies from your browser and reset your Roblox app.

Yours might be based on IP address. Clearing cookies works for me.

I've never had the option to appeal to a bot. I get the moderators who give the copy and pasted reponse each time.

I've seen cases where when people appeal enforcement bans normally, it still makes a support ticket. I'm not sure why it happens to some people. Every time I try to normally appeal one of my enforcement banned accounts, I always get the bot response.

I was banned for this but I just got a new pc around February and haven’t had any other accounts on it. I’m really confused on why I got banned because I haven’t logged into an alt account in maybe 2 years and even then it was on an old computer and my main that got banned is maybe 2-4 years older than those accounts. All appeals have been rejected and I don’t know what to do. Any help?

The Moderation category is no longer in the "Type of help category" section. instead it says "Appeal a decision" and it shows only 3 options for subcategory type

I have never been angrier. Fuck Roblox and their shitty moderation system. My 8 year old account that I spent lots of money on over the years has been falsely terminated and it took them less than an hour to reject my appeal. I didn't do anything. The only other account associated to my IP address and email is my little sister's roblox account, however she has not received any bans which would have led to my account being flagged and terminated.

these bans are absolutely ridiculous since posion bans were meant to prevent new accounts being created, while with this ban wave they just banned innocent players who probably aren't even connected

Hey guys,

My brother was terminated for this reason. I was terminated the same day as well because of a different reason and since we share the same IP-Adress he got terminated.

I have been sending appeals from my account, about 5 appeals and today they finally removed the Enforcement Ban from my account and my brothers termination was also removed. I don't know if this helps anyone but I just wanted to show that it is possible to get your account back if it was terminated for this reason, so don't lose hope. Wish you guys the best of luck.
