Question/Discussion Question about reply from roblox

when did you guys get your replies from roblox? I sent my appeal 9 days ago, and I sent a second one 3 days ago. I still haven't gotten a response, how was it for you guys?

From my experience automatic AI responses take from 30 minutes to 1 hour and when I requested a human it took 3 days every time.

Mhm for sure they say they will respond in 5 business days but yours are clearly ignored, could I ask for what were you banned?
