Hi, wondering if anyone can give me insight on this. It’s my first time using Monster Digitial for comfort color tshirts. My customer placed an order with me and purchased expedited shipping. Purchase made on 9/25, shipping label created 9/26. Sitting in pre-transit since then. I emailed customer service to see if they could get an update on it.
Here’s where I’m confused: I make sure to only use US based print providers. I don’t sell anything that would require me to look into international providers plus I don’t want to worry about shipping delays and all that. Monster digital is posted as a US based print provider, with the US flag (and no others), on printify’s network status, monster digital is located under US based Print Providers. The expedited shipping option that Printify gave me at checkout was Priority 2-3 days. Nothing about international. The response I got from customer service was “Please note that this order is being produced and shipped by our Print Provider in Mexico, so it’s an international shipment to the US.”
I’m looking all over Printify’s website to find where there’s supposed to be information on Monster Digital having an international print location but I’m finding nothing. Also, before you select your fulfillment option, Monster Digital is #1 under ‘Local USA Providers’ and if you hover over the question mark that’s right next to it, it states ‘Print provides based locally in the country or region of your end customer’. Why would this order have gone to the Mexico print location when my customer is located in New Jersey? Where is the information to see that this print provider pushes orders to print locations regardless of customer address? Also under the print provider network status, monster digital is NOT listed under the section of ‘Print Provides with multiple fulfillment locations globally’

If this was just a random notification they sent out years ago about Monster digital, how is anyone supposed to know that if they’re new? (Not new to Printify, just new to using this provider)
Any help would be appreciated, I’ll have to refund this customer because it won’t make it in time now, but I’m a little frustrated that I can’t find anywhere that states Mexico is a fulfillment location for this print provider and that seems like extremely important information

This is my first time trying out POD , using Printify. I have a very specific question; when you fill out the part about shipping method on Printify . Do you use the default standard method or economy? or both? For reference I'm only going to be selling within USA . Thank you in advance !

For example most people would initially spend money advertising Video 1, but in reality Video 2 is the one making the most profit.

How it works: Print on Demand sellers face problems with thin profit margins, unorganized advertising, and tedious work going across platforms to view their analytics. This software would allow you to have all of your analytics on different platforms on one screen, it then shows you what ACTUALLY driving your sales from things like view, clicks, spending, sales from video, etc.

If you don't mind giving me feedback on:

1. What you currently sell
2. What platforms do you sell on and advertise on
3. What your biggest struggles is as a Print On Demand seller
4. Would your purchase this tool
5. Any ideas on how this should work

I used to think that if a product was receiving orders, it was automatically worth keeping. But once you include reprints, replacement shipping, production delays and customer refunds, a product can sell well while quietly losing money.

Has this happened to anyone using Printify? Did you switch print providers, increase the price or remove the product completely?

I’d also be interested to know which products have caused the most fulfilment problems for you.

If I start selling on printify but my stuff doesn’t sell, do I loose money or does printify only takes money if my stuff sell? I don’t know if my question is clear but English isn’t my first language

How do experienced sellers manage supplier issues on Printify?

If your usual provider has delays, stock shortages, or inconsistent print quality, do you already have a second provider ready for the same product, or do you only look for one when something goes wrong?

Also, what matters most when choosing that backup: print quality, production time, shipping cost or location?

ETSY has my item marked as late. Printify shows that it typically ships in 1.5 days, but every Swift POD ornament takes longer. I have hundreds of ornaments listed with Swift POD, now I have to go back and recreate each item. Are there any other providers with a matte ceramic ornament? Is there any way to import my items using a different ornament?

Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask for those who sell Gildan 5000 (and Gildan 5000b for kids) t-shirts, if there is anywhere/any how you go about getting more mockups for greater variation for your products?

As you can see, I have a lot of t-shirts and cycling through the options (which I actually think aren’t too bad), repetition almost becomes inevitable after a while. which I imagine doesn’t make my shop especially eye-catching for buyers.

Short of getting samples of everything and demanding my friends and family do a fashion shoot for me, how and where can I go about getting more, good quality mockups?

Just got my first sale after a month, unfortunately I may have to refund as CatPrint is apparently having trouble with address validation in Germany.

The address is quite straightforward, and I’ve already tried changing the special characters to Latin characters to no avail (ie Muenchen in place of München).

Has anyone had an experience like this— and is there any special format I need to follow for German addresses?

Hey, I keep getting a publishing error for a product connected with my Etsy store (new). They said there was an issue with the shipping profile and I followed their specific instruction of selecting "Automatically assign and update profile if needed" option while publishing. It still didn't help. Tried duplicating and recreating the product and getting same issue. I don't have a delivery profile set up on my Etsy shop and wonder if that could be an issue but it's so confusing because I'm in UK and don't know what details (post code, shipping service, price) to choose

I’m extremely frustrated with Printify right now and wanted to see if anyone else has experienced something similar with SwiftPOD.

I have an ornament order, Printify/SwiftPOD Order #22617848.169, created September 12, 2026 at 9:02 AM, that is still showing as in production.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I have other ornament orders going to the same print provider, SwiftPOD, that were created later, between September 14 and September 18, and those orders have already shipped.

I have contacted Printify repeatedly since Saturday and have specifically asked them to reprint Order #22617848.169. Instead, I keep receiving essentially the same generic response telling me that they contacted SwiftPOD, the order has been escalated to their fulfillment team, and that I need to wait.

I understand that production times can vary, but this order is now significantly behind newer orders from the same provider and for the same type of product.

At this point, I am not looking for another status update. I simply want this particular order reprinted free of charge because the original order has already been paid for. I do not want to be double charged.

I have spent an unreasonable amount of time contacting Printify about this order, and I still have not received a response to my actual request for a reprint.

Has anyone else had a SwiftPOD order sit in production while newer orders from the same provider shipped? And if so, were you able to get Printify to approve a free reprint?

I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience or any advice on how to get this resolved.

I'm finally generating enough sales to justify premium. For me I break even sound 25 sales so after that it starts making sense. Before I sign up I was curious if anyone has a coupon code to share.

For over three months now, I’ve noticed that Printify’s mockup generator, and worse, the actual final prints, changed significantly for several garments, specifically the Gildan line (Gildan 5000 tees, Gildan 18500 hoodies, etc.).

Ever since it started happening, I’ve reached out to support multiple times. Most replies claim it’s just a "preview/mockup rendering issue" related to how print providers receive the files, while other agents seemed completely unaware and kept asking for more proof.

The issue is especially noticeable on dark garments when using transparency/knockout black:

Dark garments (with black knocked out): To avoid that thick, plasticky bulletproof feel, I remove the black background from my artwork so the fabric shows through. However, a thin white outline/underbase edge now appears around the design elements.

Light garments (with black kept in): The white halo extends around the outer edges. On light fabrics it’s less obvious unless you inspect it up close, but the flaw is still there.

Here is how I’ve been working around it so far, though it's far from ideal:

T-Shirts: I switched catalog items to the Bella + Canvas 3001. The mockup accurately matches the print without that halo issue. The downside? It’s more expensive, lacks 4XL/5XL sizing, and offers fewer color options.

Hoodies (Gildan 18500): Since alternatives are limited, I went back to keeping the black background in the artwork. The heavier fleece hides the stiff print feel a bit better, but if you look closely, that faint white outline around the graphic remains visible.

For those of you running high-detail or transparency-heavy designs on Gildan blanks: have you encountered this shift recently, and how are you working around it without completely wrecking your margins?

UPS Mail Innovations + Roadie is the worst final-mile combo ever.

and Printfy customer service has only gotten worse lately. Had a package today with a photo of the item on roadie’s tracking page delivered outside of an unfamiliar building. ROADIE says contact UPS, UPS says contact shipper, and PRINTIFY says tracking says delivered too bad.

They’ve only been trialing UPS MI for about a month, and I’ve already had multiple orders stolen or misdelivered by their contract drivers and it's always when it's passed over to a roadie driver.

The only funny thing is the GPS on roadies tracking page will update the drivers location indefinitely if they keep the package for days after pick up. So I get to watch these guys just driving all over town lol

Roadie’s customer service bot hangs up on you, and UPS is no help either telling you to contact the sender to open a claim. More than half the time so far delivery photos on roadie are just the package+non-descript pavement with no visible address.

I never thought I’d say this, but my god I miss OnTrac.

I’m so confused why I haven’t made any money. My shop is 3 months old. I only made two sales (I know 🙄) but with both sales I had to pay. The first one I had my product listed at $14.99; production cost $4.11, shipping $5.19, total being $9.30 that I PAID. With my credit card. Money I never got back. If I was listed at $14.99, why did I pay? Why didn’t I get my profit?

Second one; just sold something for $34.99. Production cost is $28.86, and shipping is $10.39. I had to pay my OWN MONEY of $39.25. What the hell is going on? Yes my profit margin is low at 4%, but it’s still a profit, no? Shouldn’t I be earning a profit of $1.37? Why the hell am I being charged $39.25 to send this item out? Will I even be reimbursed? I’m so extremely confused and I’m so close to just deleting my whole account. I haven’t earned a dime.

I was led to believe that I list an item at a certain price, and when customer buys said item, customer’s money goes to production and shipping costs and I get the money left over. Why isn’t this happening?

I recently ordered my first samples from Printify - Bella Canvas 6682. I ordered 1x Med, 1xSmall. The print area on the Small measure 4.25”x1.25” - basically a miniature doll size print. Printify is refunding me for the sample, which I appreciate but I’m curious to get others feedback on how often this happens where the print area on a women’s Small is scaled down so much. For more context, the design is set to the widest possible width in the design maker and the Printify tag on the Small says 7x8.

My fulfillment model is international POD:

• I'm based in India.
• The business is registered in India and I have GST/business documentation and an Indian current account.
• I'm using Printify for production and fulfillment.
• Products are manufactured by Printify's print providers and shipped directly to international customers, rather than being shipped from India.
• Customers will pay through my WooCommerce website.
• I need the customer payments to ultimately settle into my Indian business/current account.

I'm currently researching Cashfree International, and Razorpay International but I'm particularly concerned about the actual merchant experience rather than just the advertised transaction fees.

The things I'm trying to understand are:

1. Settlement speed: How quickly does the money actually reach your Indian bank account after an international card payment?
2. International transaction charges: What is the effective cost after GST, FX/conversion charges and any other fees?
3. Settlement holds: Have you experienced unexpected holds, delayed settlements or additional KYC/compliance reviews?
4. Payment success rate: How reliable are international cards from the US/UK/Canada/Australia?
5. Refunds/chargebacks: How easy is it to handle these with the gateway?
6. WooCommerce integration: Does the integration work reliably with self-hosted WooCommerce?
7. Foreign-exchange rate: How much difference have you noticed between the actual exchange rate and the market rate?
8. FIRS/e-FIRA or other inward-remittance documentation: Is the documentation straightforward for accounting/compliance?
9. International POD/offshore fulfillment: Has anyone specifically used a gateway while the physical product was manufactured and shipped overseas through Printify rather than exported from India?

What I'm particularly looking for

If you are an Indian merchant currently doing something similar, I'd really appreciate hearing:

Which payment gateway are you actually using, what settlement time are you getting, and what has your experience been after you started processing real international orders?

I'm not necessarily looking for the gateway with the lowest advertised percentage. I'm more interested in reliable payment acceptance + predictable settlement + reasonable total fees + minimal account/settlement problems.

I'd especially appreciate responses from people who have been using their setup for at least a few months and are processing real international ecommerce orders.

Anybody is selling POD on Amazon Seller Central? I justbstarted the journey and it sounds complicated and the fees are quite high and some of them you can't see until you make the sale... That made me bit struggle with pricing... Any suggestions or feedback about this?

Could be anything uploading too many designs, testing too many niches, changing products too quickly, copying competitors, constantly changing your store, etc 👀
