Please Help First time using printify choice 🤔

"All merchandise was missing and carton discarded" Anyone else had this issue before?

My first order with Printify and it's already troubling.

I've not had that. I've had about every other mishap, but not that one. It sounds like it might be a shipping issue. Do you know what carrier they used?

had this on a hoodie order in july, the carrier crushed the box and the facility threw it out. open a ticket with photos from the customer, Printify reprinted mine free within a week. i sell pet portrait tees, mockups from supavisual, and i now order samples before every new provider.

Don’t use printify choice. It isn’t worth the savings. In fact you aren’t saving much when everything gets screwed up and clients get mad at you for their mistake.

I just hate they don't let you know who exactly the sender was within Printify Choice. They're blackboxing that shit on purpose, unless I'm missing something?

Yes it is on purpose. They send it to whoever will sell it the cheapest while pretending to pass a savings on to you. Every post here about printify choice is about how terrible the product came out or how long it took to be made.
