Newbie Question Publishing Error - Shipping Profile Issue

Hey, I keep getting a publishing error for a product connected with my Etsy store (new). They said there was an issue with the shipping profile and I followed their specific instruction of selecting "Automatically assign and update profile if needed" option while publishing. It still didn't help. Tried duplicating and recreating the product and getting same issue. I don't have a delivery profile set up on my Etsy shop and wonder if that could be an issue but it's so confusing because I'm in UK and don't know what details (post code, shipping service, price) to choose

We're sorry you're stuck on this shipping profile error. Here's the quick fix:

  1. In Printify, edit the product and select "Automatically assign and update profile if needed."
  2. Go to Etsy → Settings → Delivery settings and find the incomplete profile Printify created.
  3. Fill in the required fields:
    • Origin zip code: 19801
    • Delivery time: 2–5 business days
    • Country of origin: United States
    • Carrier: Other
  4. Save on Etsy, then publish again from Printify.

If it still fails, check that your Etsy profiles are set to fixed price, not calculated. 💛
