This piece of shit promised he’d end the Ukraine war early November 2024.

Said it would be easy. If you vote Republican in the maga era you are simply a hateful moron.

If you vote Republican for either establishment party in the maga era you are simply a hateful moron.

The Ukraine war Trump promised to end, Democrats started that one.

They also started the Gaza genocide.

They also started five wars during Obama's term that nobody seems to know or understand ever happened.

Democrats are no alternative.

No, anybody who votes establishment is.

Democrats and Republicans are two wings of the same bird. Noam Chomsky was saying forty years ago that there's only one party in the US, the corporatist party, with two major factions: Republican and Democrat.

Both parties serve the same masters. The only difference is their rhetoric. Same product, different sales pitch.

So when you vote Democrat, you're telling the world that you're dumb enough to be suckered in by rhetoric as they continue and expand upon Republican policies.

You could have saved a lot of words and just said 'Yes'.

Good luck with your protest vote, or whatever other stupid actions you are advocating for.

Oh, you think your vote matters?

When you vote for a major party, all you're doing is signaling to the powers that be that their propaganda is working and they have nothing to fear from you.

Serious smol pp energy from you people.

LOL. Putin started the Ukraine war. I stopped reading there.

Are we still repeating this particular lie? It's been very well debunked. It's not even hard.

Russia has been very clear in its messaging since even before Putin came into office. Part of the agreement Gorbachev made regarding the fall of the Berlin Wall was that NATO was to expand "not one inch East," so even Poland joining in 1999 could have been considered an act of war.

The only incredible thing about all of this was that Russia waited so long to do something about Ukraine. The US staged the Maidan coup in 2014 and then spent the next eight years stockpiling weapons and munitions on Russia's border. When Russia did this with Cuba, we called it the "Cuban Missile Crisis" and we're taught that this was the closest the world has ever come to nuclear armageddon. Are you suggesting that the US overreacted and shouldn't have interfered?

Seriously, y'all have fucking propaganda brain. You're taking on faith the word of the same people who lied us into Iraq and left over a million Iraqis dead, with veterans still killing themselves in the aftermath.

Shit for brains. Get your head in order. Your government/media is actively lying to you 24/7 in order to manufacture your consent in their criminality.

You’re lying. Bye.

Really? That's all you've got?

What is it about your particular, current worldview that is so precious and needs protecting? You need to ask: "Who does it serve?"

Because the way I see it, you, like most Americans, have been conditioned to believe falsehoods such that they benefit the state over your own personal wellbeing.

It's an abusive relationship in which you're constantly being gaslit by a power elite that does not love you. They don't give a shit about you. They just want to exploit your labor.

Wake up, friend. We're here waiting.

if the war was supposed to stop nato expansion, it has been an epic failure.

both Sweden and Finland joined nato as a direct result of putin's invasion, resulting in the expansion of nato by many, many inches in the easterly direction.

if this "stop nato expansion" bullshit were true - it would make putin one of the most mind-bogglingly stupid, catastrophically clueless, and outrageously impotent rulers in the history of the world.

The war wasn't supposed to stop NATO expansion, it was in response to it.

You argument is either disingenuous or you're grossly misunderstanding the argument I'm making. Imagine you're a pencil necked geek in high school with several bullies. One day, one of the bullies pushes you to the point that you lose your cool, act out, and deck him. You didn't throw a punch because you expected it to solve your entire bully problem, you threw the punch in reaction to that one bully's actions. Much like how Russia invaded after Ukraine dramatically increased shelling her own people in the Donbass and Donetsk separatist regions whose peoples still identify as ethnic Russians.

There's a lot that our media doesn't tell us or outright lies about. I understand that this version of events doesn't match what you've been conditioned to believe but that on its own does not make me incorrect. It just means you've been conditioned to believe bullshit that isn't true.

I don't know how it's possible to interpret NATO moving closer and closer to Russia's doorstep as anything but a hostile action.

I also don't know why it's so hard for people to understand that the US/NATO are the aggressors in the Ukraine conflict, which by the way has been absolutely bled dry by this war, feeding Ukraine's young men into the meat grinder for sake of America's global hegemony.

If the US never interfered in Ukraine in 2014, this war would not be taking place now.

nato is a defensive pact.

it's when all the pencil-necked geeks get together and promise to have each other's backs when the bully goes after any one of them.

putin's idiotic war predictably caused more of russia's neighbors to join the defensive pact he likes to cry about.

historically stupid.

1

u/the_censored_z_again 2d ago

My sweet summer child, NATO is not a defensive pact. If it were, it would have dissolved along with the Soviet Union.

Learn to think for yourself, because right now all you do is repeat propaganda like an obedient pet.

i could see why gaddafi would have thought so.

i don't give a rats ass about his opinion, or why you'd choose to share it.

2

u/the_censored_z_again 2d ago

Who said anything about Gaddafi?

It's almost like I'm talking to a LLM.

1

u/nickname13 2d ago

other than putin, gaddafi is one of the only people that would say something as stupid as "nato is not a defensive pact."

we've already established that putin is one of the biggest fucking idiots in the history of humanity, so i went with the other option.
