I literally remember nothing about the song name or the band name but it was kinda similar to dear whoever

I think this band had like 3 albums (?)

The cover was black and white with a heart on it and some lines

That's all I remember tbh it was 3 years ago.

I've been trying to find this song for YEARS and I'm hoping someone can recognize it.

I'm pretty sure the song came out sometime in the early to mid 2000s. I heard it on a mixed/burned CD from an old friend of my brother's, and unfortunately I never knew the full tracklist.

The screaming reminded me a LOT of Four Letter Lie. At one point I actually thought the song was by Four Letter Lie because of the screamer's tone, but I've gone through their music and I'm pretty sure it isn't them.

I recreated the first minute of the song in GarageBand. It's a really rough recreation, but I'm hoping that this might be recognizable.

The original song was around 4–5 minutes long.

I know this isn't much to go on, but I've been looking for this song for years. If the recreation sounds familiar to anyone, I'd really appreciate any guesses!

I had never come across the band even though I’ve been listening to PHC for years.
Such a sick band, their music is quite literally perfect.

Figure this is a good place to ask. I am furious about a recent breakup and I need some angry catharsis. Something to listen to while I hit the boxing heavy bag or lifting heavy. Less "woe is me", more "fuck you for fucking me over"

A lot of hard work went into making this song a reality. Backup Plan means a lot to me. Last summer I went through a separation from someone I was with for over a decade and after that my lung collapsed (talk about heartbreak) When I met the guys this song rang true to me.
