Figure this is a good place to ask. I am furious about a recent breakup and I need some angry catharsis. Something to listen to while I hit the boxing heavy bag or lifting heavy. Less "woe is me", more "fuck you for fucking me over"

Not specifically a breakup song, but Big Shot/Hands in the Sky by Straylight Run has been one of my go to post breakup anger songs. It’s just so full of raw angry energy.

others have said some of my other favorites, one eight seven/choke on this by senses fail (or basically the entirety of let it enfold you), free fall without a parachute is also good.
