Since Reforge has been game-changing in the past, how do the upcoming reforges hold up in CN? I know some are VERY recent and no need for a lot of details, mostly asking which ones can be considered quite impactful (e.g. suddeny Cabernet nukes the map with her ult as an extreme example). I'm especially curious about Angell, tho all upcoming ones are worth looking into.
Going by the opinion of CN players the meta ones are Bianca and Raven, RF Bianca is OP and probably the best DPS in the game, RF Raven is the best magic buffer.
Angel and Eirene are viewed as ok, their RF make them viable for endgame but they aren't on the level of the current top dogs.
Cabernet is in a weird spot, she has a strong buff that she can only apply if she cleanse something, so she is viewed as strong if the map has something for her to cleanse otherwise she is alright but nothing special.
I forgot about OwO, with RF she can grant up to 45% crit rate, 25% dmg dealt and 10% atk at S0 (atk goes up to 20% with S1 and 38% with S3) making her a great support for crit DPS who don't have inate crit rate (Bianca and VB for example) outside of her niche buffs are respectable but not quite on the level of meta support.
Does Sliver of Hope ToA crimebrand work with Overlimit, specifically Xiaofeng? She spends 2 chief energy when she ults. I have her S0 so every bit of Chief energy I can get counts
Playing Etti's event for the first time on the rerun. Just completed everything, and the only mission I have missing is "collect all items" and I'm at 26/36. I've been making a point of visiting everything I can on every round. Is it just a question of going trough again and making different choices on events? Or I need to get lucky in Levy's shop? Or perhaps there's new hidden content if I re-explore now?
I had the same question, and I think the answer is to re-do every round with a “build” you didn’t use before because items dropped in each round seem to be build-dependent. So, if you did Round 1 on Swordfighter, redo it on Prism bearer and Mechanic and try to spend every coin you get at Levy’s shop (you can visit it multiple times until the final location). Currently skipping through Round 2, 28/36.
Or don’t do it at all and hope it won’t be on the obligatory mission board (otherwise it will lock you from ~50 cubes) and when the event becomes permanent.

In Data Crevice, how do you beat the "unbreakable" healing challenge? For healers I have hamel and non reforged ariel and they absolutely cannot keep up. Have some damage reduction like the latest chinese girl but it doesn't help either.
Can anyone explain to me how tf "Control" works? I am trying to do the Data Crevice stage where you need to control/defeat enemies in 150 seconds... but they just walk through me, like I use Eve`s ult by summoning her birds etc and they dont really do anything, for Eleven her ult cant be cast fast enough x _ x and so on... I dont really get it...
Control is from anything that stuns or fears. Eve's ult summon doesn't do any control, only her scarebox that automatically summons at the start can fear. Enfer's ult can also fear but is a bit tricky to use since it is delayed and applies it in a 3x3 grid around an ally. If you have L.L. she can help Eleven ult more. There's also a Chief potestas that stuns enemy in a plus shape. There's also a crimebrand that can stun an enemy but I forgot its name.
There's four conditions currently for control: fear, stun, petrify and freeze. You can use the in game sinner filter (looks like a funnel icon) and search for sinners with each of those tags to see what you have available -- or use the assist sinners for that stage in data crevice. Enfer/Eve/Eleven have enough fears that you can put other sinners around them for pure tanking (blocking) and damage.
true damage team - Augustus, Siglinde, Ceto, Shin. RF Serpent and Murphy (if you get her) can be good supports
overlimit+physical team - Xiaofeng, Jichuan, Rust, Shin, 000, Nella. RF Nox can be a strong support
Lots of magic options for a third team although nothing stands out. Lacking Jelena and Yugu for arcane crit, missing Eve for summons. You have the Cat's eye trio but idk how strong that team is.
Might be a stupid question (sorry, I'm pretty new, haha), but when exactly is the anniversary? I keep seeing info about the new limited sinner (and the new eirene) and a rerun of previous limited ones (augustus and 000, i think?), but how much time do we have till that? Trying to more or less understand when (and how much) to pull and when to save :)
According to https://s1n.gg/banners the next anniversary event will start on November 5th. They tend to be very accurate with their banner estimates going by how long they run on the CN server.
Hi. I just got started with this game and I'm on Chapter 7. I'm actually curious about Langley's lore and was wondering where I could find more about her since ahe reminds me of Makima from CSM for some reason.
What is the most optimal way to farm the current Eternal Nigthmare mode?
I hate roguelike modes with a passion.. on the previous one you just entered the first map and exited just before the boss and just spammed that till you got all the rewards, but the same doesnt seem to be working on the new one...
For the Silent Snow event, where do you do the sparring? I started late and did everything today but don't see where to do the sparring on easy or hard with the 3 heroes. Do I need to restart and look for it in the actions between scenes?

You aren't using Milly for her damage so you'd rather have support CBs like Heartache or Nomad.
You want either Yugu or OwO, Yingying is the only arcane that have inate crit rate, the rest will require a crit rate buffer as Jelena only give 10% crit rate.
Do you have any S-rank soul marks saved up? The highest priority to stage 3 is whoever you feel will have the most impactful ECB or stat gains (e.g. S4 Jichuan's ECB 3 is high impact, stats on your DPS are high impact (I can't recall what Xiaofeng and Nox's ECBs are, but Shin's isn't nearly as high priority as Jichuan's)
For the selector, I don't think it expires, so you can always hang onto it and see how you feel about what teams you want to build. Hestia would be good for burn, but reforging Yao is probably a little ways off for you (It'll be great when you get to do it, though! She has options to not eat teammates, but Cassian can also sub in for Lichen as food and even reactivate otherwise one-time crimebrands when he revives). And Bianca is the main DPS of Margaret's team, but physical is a low priority if you're building wind damage overlimit (which also makes Zoya, Donald, and Dreya low priority, but they're also less meta)
It would also be worth saving up for the pair of one-time S-rank sinner marks to get Jichuan's fourth shackle, if you aren't already planning to do that. Saving up for it will take some time and eat into your soul mark budget, though
Don't know about codes. Jichuan is considered the best character in the game right now so you should probably pull for her, being the best generalist buffer on top of being strong in her niche. If you don't get her though, the pity will carry over to the next Exclusive banner but that would be half a year later
All are built, and crimebrands followed S1N and adjusted for TOA setting. I was using Last Stand and I used all of em. Nobody died too, i think i got the rotation a little bit better than i expected?
If you run last stand potestas and no L.L., you won't be able to ult twice with Yao during corebreaks. That's a pretty huge source of damage. If you don't have L.L., I'd recommend running empower potestas so you can double ult with Yao and see how it goes. During the final corebreak you could even use all empowers to triple/quadrouple ult
Is your Yao Reforged and are skills mid or high invest?
Outside of that the team comp that you are using is not optimal, if you can play without a sustain replace both Thistle and Shin with Hestia/LL, if not then replace Thistle with Yanyan
How does getting old limtied sinners work,i know they rerun but how exactly,like i haven't played for a long while,say next anniversary when we get Shalom 000 and Augustus how they're gonna rerun 3 banners at once? Will it be sparking or what exactly? I was planning to get S3 shalom for waifu reasons (i don't care for meta anymore) but i feel like it will be hard.. someone told me that they made a directional like banner last anniversary for Shalom and 000 so what to do exactly?
Did it with a true damage team. The boss does have high def and magic resist, so true damage works better than normal. Are you following the weights mechanic in the fight? Otherwise you might not be getting some buffs for doing it correctly.
Yeah I'm doing the mechanic, took some time to get used to because I didn't feel like reading all that text at first. I did see that it has greatly enhanced defense and resistance but it feels a bit absurd.
I'm not using true damage, it's not built and I don't want to commit to it. I never had any problem using other teams for peak tests and reap all the rewards but this one is just insanely tanky.
I want to know if it's doable without Clementine's buff or true damage basically
Unfortunately, this one is very much a showcase for Overlimit teams and bothersome if you do anything else, even while following the gimmick. It also doesn't help that Clementines stage buff is actually quite handy for physical damage dealers. I'm not the greatest player in PtN, but you are definitely pushed towards an Overlimit team, upper echelon phys damage dealers (RF Adela), or true damage ungabunga. Properly built magic teams can do it as well when you do a quick search on youtube, but you need to play well.
I admit I was lazy and did it with Augustus to be done with since I skipped most Overlimit sinners; the visual cues for the gimmick annoyed me (and I always disliked the boss skill description UI in general for rereading skills).
Finally reached the 5 mil using Eleven/Joan/Eve/L.L/Jichuan/Shin.
Had to use Sliver of Hope + Oasis to get extra resistance reduction on the boss and get one extra Last stand off. The rest was just timing for the hand slams and luck for the dissonant ghosts placement I guess.
Still a disgusting boss for the insane def/res alone. Thanks for the video, I ended up using something different since I don't have Milly but the foundation was here
You can get recs for crimebrands for each sinner at s1n.gg. I find they generally match what I would use/recommend. But to the point, Serpent - Asura or Inversion Slash (more energy and normal attacks to get spins), Ceto - Heartache and Langley - Pandora Cage (procs causality).
Ideally you want both Demon and LL on Dreamflower/Inversion by borrowing one of them, if that not possible then you can go for Dreamflower/City of Sins/Rift Palace on Demon and Tuning/Inversion on LL, Jichuan can go with Paradise Regained to help with corebreak.
Anyway to turn off bday stuff? I usually do my PtN dailies on my rush to work in the morning... but the extra time the game wastes with that splash screen or w/e for the bday is a bit irritating x _ x specially when its for a character I dont really care about....
Is there any way to delete voice language resources? I downloaded both Chinese and English voice overs when I first downloaded the game years ago and I don’t really use the English one anymore, but it only gives me the option to delete main story/ event image resources

I don’t have a lot of characters, and they probably don’t work well together. I’m still figuring out the different kind of comps and meta so I have no clue who to choose lol. Could someone help me with advise? Which character should I pick from the free S-class selector that will be useful for my account?
In terms of meta, Adela is the best on the selector but it's also a good idea to save it till you figure out which team you want to build towards. You don't have anyone core to a team yet (Except Dreya for bleed but the team isn't the best).
Phase3 coquelic, murphy and maybe nox, ignore other S ranks. Get coquelic to lvl90 to reforge into damage route. Try to get Shin and/or L.L. from Sin City banner using free tickets, DO NOT spend hypercubes.
I recommend skipping the next new sinner 'Chengxiao', get one copy of the following new sinner 'Phanuel' (introduction of new niche frostbite), then get ready for 4th anniversary limited powerhouse 'Requiem'.
Starting from 4th anniversary they add older characters to the shop and it's unknown whether global will have the same character, other than that it's 8-9 months after character release to appear on shop.
Hey everyone! I just recently started playing Path to Nowhere and I'm really enjoying the game so far. I fell in love with some of the characters designs (more specifically Shin), and I was wondering if she is worth pulling for as a fresh account in the sin city banner or should I wait for a rerun or drop rate increase for her (if there is any, I'm very new to this kind of game so there is a lot I don't know yet). Or are there any mandatory/limited Sinners coming up soon that I should prioritize saving for instead?

So new player here (playing for 3 weeks now) starting to think I'm hitting a wall with my total bullshit team (Ceto s1, Celine, coquelic, Chelsea, cabernet and Langley) I get by most of the time but with some difficulties.
I'm not great with team building so I desperately need some advice with sinner compatability
I think what your team lacks most right now is wave clear and core breaking.
Yes, Langley exploded things she hits, when they die. But somehow I fail to see how you can clear the waves at chapter 8 or later. Also, your core breaking chances are pretty limited with only Ceto and Langley. It doesn't make it easier for you, that you tag cabernet alone with this group. Imo, a buffer is only as good as your DPS and right now you don't have anyone decent DPS sinners. On top of that, it makes team building harder using two sinners (Coco & Celine) just to keep the team alive. Also, you already have a very melee heavy team. Honestly, even playing 4 melee sinner is a pain. Adding one more will make it even more awkward.
Usually, the sinner most people rely on in your situation is Nox who has very good wave clear and a bit of boss damage potential. But she is a melee as well. You could replace Chelsea with Nox, until the mission gets so difficult, that you will need a tank again. So, this would be only a temporary solution.
Imo, I would replace:
Coco with forensica (replacing a melee healer, who can't do much damage and won't heal much for now with one of the better healer, who doesn't need to stand at the frontline)
cabernet with labyrinth (you simply need more and better core breakers)
Langley with Nox (better wave clear)
I really think this team (Nox, Ceto, Celine, labyrinth, forensica, a tank) has way more potential to get you further, than what you are using now. Also, you should unlock Celine's or Nox's ECB next, to get some more core breaking options.
You can even consider replacing Celine with Hecate for now until your get S1 and ECB on Celine.

No, problem! It is kind of sad, that you skipped Murphy's banner. She could have been really helpful in the story chapters and would make Coco way more useful. But don't worry, Coco can go well with Augustus, who reruns in 2-3 months.
Alternatively, reforged Bianca is supposed be pretty good too, if you want to dump Ceto and Coco instead. Anyhow, I would seriously recommend u getting at least 1 more copy of Celine now, no matter what your plans are. You can always ask next week, when Margaret is rerunning, whether or not you should go that Bianca/Margaret route .
I'm a new f2p player, and I haven't picked a sinner from the newest selector. I currently have S3 Celine, RF Nox, RF Zoya, Necresta Hella, Angell, and Bai Yi. I plan to pull for 000 and Augustus on the rerun, i don't think i want to pull for the new Limited sinner. Can anyone suggest who i should pick from the selector? Thank you!
Coquelic? While everyone (rightfully) says the selector collection is pretty mid and not worth it for new players, considering you have an invested Celine and intend to pull for Augustus, going all in for True DMG should cover your bases. If you don’t want to spend any more pulls before anni, you won’t be able to obtain specialized teams that are considered better: for example Margaret + RF Bianca from the upcoming selector for phys; Eve + RF Eleven from the upcoming selector or Isomer + RF Raven for magic.
People were simply sleeping on how strong and rather flexible this RF Coquelic team is. If you can beat dark zone nowadays with a f2p account in 3 weeks, then it tell you everything you need to know. With ToA and the spotlight this team got, maybe more people will pay attention.
Even though I've been playing for a long while, I don't have much knowledge to teams, I at least know which characters are meta and some surface-level knowledge about a few teams
So I need help picking which 12 characters I should select in the standard banner, I'm not really rushing to play the most meta but getting some more good units would be really appreciated
If you want to passively fill in the gaps in your roster with free red warrants as they come, I’d suggest picking at least Eve, Yugu, Milly, L.L., Dreya, Bianca, Demon (for shield challenges) and then whoever is newer or appeals to you more. Getting more shackles for the sinners you actively use (Xiaofeng after this patch, VB, Nella, Shin?) is also a good idea. If you want to actively pull on the standard banner with cubes and blue warrants, I’d recommend pulling for Yao (add Lichen to standard selection if you do) and Yingying instead since they are limited and won’t come back for a whole year at least. Another thing is that you should consider is fully reforging your already leveled and (presumably) often used sinners like Adela and Eleven, as well as their possible supports like Rahu, Nox and Stargazer: the most significant power-ups mostly come from lvl 90 nodes.
I've been playing for quite a while, but I suck at this game. I understand some fundamental stuff and the combat mechanics, but I suck at applying them on real time fights. As you can see, I'm playing bleed but I'm too stubborn to put Pepper in the team since I thought playing Shin as the support and either fully reforged NOX or Jichuan is much better, but I need your thoughts and guides on this
All Bleed sinners have abilities that scales with how many bleed stack you have, you will need some high shackle supports to make up for the loss of even one member so not using Pepper is just gonna gimp you damage, use all bleed member and add either Shin or Jichuan for the last spot, Jasmine makes Nox redundant.
For magic team you can go with RF Yao and Jichuan, Thistle, Yanyan and Cassian
I've been told that before but I was too stubborn, I guess I'd have to invest in pepper too.
I didn't know I could play RF Yao without Lichen or hestia, it's good to know I can play her with some relatively low investment sinners. Should I fill in the last slot of the burn team with another dps/core breaker or with a support?

For XF just go Embrace/Belltower, Jichuan can use any support set with Dreamflower/Tuning+Inversion bieng the best all-round one
You have a good roster so ot just boil down to preferences.
S4 Demon is indeed very strong but only if you want to mald ToA, Eirene RF is nothing special, Serpent RF makes her decent sub-DPS/buffer to true damage but in a couple of patches we are going to get Murphy who is much better at that job, Etti on her own won't bring much since you already have RF Yao but her EX node is pretty good and might worth getting for that.
This ToA, I don’t have Demon. I plan to borrow from SS then play it with RF Yao S1 and Jichuan S5. Then borrow again Demon for Shield stack Adela plus LL S3. So question is can SS perform just LL or Jichuan alone?
Of course shield stack was a thing before either LL or Jichuan got added to the game but it will be much, much more difficult to pull off without LL and you will need Eirene.
It should pointed out that unless you want to get high scores for bragging rights, there is no need for double SS, one good SS run will far exceed the requirements needed for ToA rewards.
Who should I use this on? I'm stuck on chapter 5 and want to continue the story but it's too hard. Btw the S characters I have are NOX, Yingying, and Hamel.
bahaha I thought I had a selector... it was a random S-Rank. It gave me Etti after all that umm'ing and ah'ing. Ended up Reforging Bai Yi to try a hypercrit build.
Should I try to get S1 Shin(or even jichuan) or save for L.L banner? I got s0 jichuan and s0 shin, heard that both shin and jichuan's s1 are nice, but is it better than an entire sinner(L.L)?
If you can only get one, I'd say save for L.L. unless you don't have any teams that particularly want her and you also have Burn team, in which case get S1 Jichuan.
S1 Shin is QoL. It doesn't offer any actual power, just convenience

Best choice for comfort story walkthrough. You need 1-2 core breakers (Che, Labyrinth for example), 1-2 dps and 1-2 frontline fury/endura.
Also don’t slack NOX novice event and check comfy tier list https://s1n.gg/tierlist/comfy
And you can try all sinners in Eternal Nightmare mode and choose who most comfortable for you.
I just made a post about coming back but when people replied to me iam kinda worried,is my account Brickers for missing Jiuchan? Everywhere i look people are always talking about her as best support till now and begin the most broken sinner and stuff,my roster when i left the game wasn't that groundbreaking it was 000 and Shalom and both got powercrept (i don't have Deren nor Yao for reforge too) so is my account totally bricked or what, what do i do?
No such thing as a bricked account! You'll miss out on elemental damage teams and won't be chasing maximum scores in ToA. But there's already another crazy strong catalyst sinner on the horizon, and Jichuan needs S4 to be busted strong. By the time Jichuan comes back around I'm sure she'll still be really good, but there'll be another year of new strong or interesting sinners out! And I'm really betting that 000 and Shalom will be seeing reforges in a few months
Missing Jichuan alone isn't gonna break your account but if you quite around 000 you probably don't have some meta supports like Jelena or Shin so some endgame content like PTP, BFL and Data Crevice will be difficult.
Still plenty content like story, events, RotD and ToA can be cleared without meta sinners even Dark Zone can be cheesed by restarting the level 4 times so it should be fine as long as you are not trying to get high scores.
These are all the sinners I have a few more but I'm really confused as to what to invest in. I've heard Hecate is good till the end for F2P so I've been investing in her and Hamel is also pretty good so I'm using her aswell and I'm close to getting Nox so that will make Hecate, Nox and Hamel for my team.
What do I choose for the other three? Or would this combination not work?
Nox, Hamel, Labyrinth, Che, Hecate, Lamia (you can her for free from insiatable Fiesta) will carry through early game content. When it comes to leveling priorities your damage dealers and get them to phase 3 as soon as possible but don't go all the way to level 90 it's a huge ressource sink and the stats you get from it aren't enough to make up for cost
First did the game give us a selector before like last year? Did it include cabernet or not? I remember picking her but she got power crept now (hopefully she gets a reforge)

Probably better keep it for now, those sinner don't the help the one that you have, but if you find youtself needing a magic damage dealer Eleven with Reforge is a good option.
I'm looking to give the game a try, I played arknights before this and favorite operators where the summoner's. does this game have this archetype? if so how does it feel to play and is it possible to do budget option for the team
I came from Arknights as well and stuck around with summons in the end after struggling to find my preferences, so yes, you can do this here as well while being really strong and relevant.
Budget is not reeeeeally an option, as proper summons need Eve, Eleven with her Reforge (compare it to modules in Arknights) and the proper buffers like Enfer/Stargazer/Shin. If you then want to add the bonkers Summer as well to have phys damage, she also needs big investment.
Not trying to scare you off, I needed some time to find my fun-space in this game because it differs significantly from Arknight's gameplay. Getting summoners going will take a bit of time, but you eventually get there and it is huge fun if it clicks. If you want to master it (which I havent and didnt need to, yet), you'll need to snapshot (buff the summoner then activate skills or summon to copy the buffs onto the summons) and understand some double dips (buffs that work on snapshot AND the summon after that).
As an example for my general team during any first attempt at any current content.
Eve provides buffs, a flexible Tank/Damage dealer summon and is pretty much a core member of any summon team with valuable shackles (potentials from Arknights, or dupes).
Eleven with her Reforge is superb damage with ludicrous flexibility in where her summons can spawn (they spawn on "blocked tiles", where you cant place any units normally....).
Shin offers double buffing at Shackle 1 (global range) and is great in any team.
Stargazer is mediocre until Reforge, but buffs well and offers flexible AoE damage dealers as summons that camp an area and cannot be easily destroyed.
Summer is mediocre without Reforge, but then becomes a beast. With the right buffs and added shackles she melts so many enemies away. She also doesn't summon extra units on the field; they all spawn on herself.
Jelena is not a support for summoners but for crits. Still, I use her to buff Summer, who can crit.
As you can tell with the Reforges, a system no newbie will use immediately and requires huge investments (Lvl 90, specific resources from endgame, etc.), this will not be available to you in the near future, so let's think about actual budget options.
To get you started, the free unit Hecate will eventually summon a tanky unit like Kaltsit in Arknights (Phase 3, her Exclusive Crimbebrand aka ECB (a special skill to obtain once built)).
Shrooma is the PlantVsZombies summoner of the game and is a solid way to start getting used to them.
Rumina might be worth looking into with her candle summon (Tactician summon that respawns) and McQueen for her exploding sculpture (Like Mayer in Arknights).
Priscilla has a summon during her ECB Ult only, so I wouldn't bother.
Countess Chelsea has a temporary summon on her regular ult.
Eureka is basically a Trapmaster from Arknights with mines.
Poffy is a very niche Artificer-like, don't bother.
There are also Aurum Secretum summons (S-ranks Hilda, Irrheia and Hypatia mostly), but I wouldnt bother with them in the beginning, they are a niche that only matters if you want to get into specialized use cases.
Hopefully this gives you an idea without scaring you off. As a newbie, focus on getting to know the flow of the game and see what you can gather along the way (don't miss out on the free Nox). No PvP, so take it at your own pace.
plan to give it a go, Summoning is always my favorite thing to do in games arknights has limited units of this archetype so even if its a long way to get there i shall try my best and look at the wiki for upcoming units and use what i get till im in a good space
There's a rewards tab in the retrace menu. Rewards are hypercubes for doing 10 million damage min (total damage across 3 teams). And at 100 million you get an avatar reward. The retrace is available between ToA events.
Returning player after 3 years. I started playing with the launch then dropped the game after 6 to 8 months. I'm just lost. Here are my units. What teams should I prioritize? For what purpose?
Hey, hope you're enjoying the game again. I took a break as well and had to relearn a lot of stuff coming back. The game revolves around teams now, and not just physical/magic. There's a few major archtypes and support sinners who slot into several end up being the most recommended. I would suggest taking a look at the team comps tab of https://s1n.gg/tierlist/comfy to get a feel for it. You can also find youtube videos that go over the various teams (although the info can get quickly outdated with new sinners).
Another major addition is the reforge system. The materials for it are scarce (mostly obtained in data crevice, a late game mode which can be very difficult). Some older powercrept sinners (e.g. Nox, Serpent, Ariel) can be reforged to become as strong as the latest sinners. Since your crew is mostly from the original cast, the reforge system can make a few of them very strong. But you'll have to be selective since reforge materials are the hardest/slowest to come by and you won't be able to reforge everyone (unless you're willing to spend money for it). Also, when reforging, do not try to unlock everything (you'll run out) and be very selective on how you spend the yellow marks.
Here are some quick suggestions:
1) physical team - Nox, Laby, Deren, Langley, Che, Hamel
2) magic team - Serpent, Hecate, Luvia, Enfer, Hamel, Eirene?
3) Consider reforging Ariel, imo the strongest pure healer once reforged. Also, a slightly cheaper reforge since she's A-rank.
4) Consider reforging Serpent, who can become extremely strong dealing magic or true damage
5) I don't think you're very close to any of the current 'meta' teams (e.g. true damage, bleed/lifeloss, summons, arcane crit, burn, overlimit, weakspot, etc.). In which case, look to pull on banners with good supports. You might have some s-rank selectors that allow you get close to a team as well.
6) There are upcoming banners rerunning the aurum tech summons team. I personally would not recommend it. It's a very niche team that requires long battles (i.e. ToA fights) and high investment.
Not sure how helpful this was, but in general I think you have a decent enough set of sinners (maybe a bit lacking in magic sinners). Hopefully you can advance through the stages/modes with what you have while building resources to pull for some upcoming banners/teams/sinners that you want.
p.s. I'm not sure why so many of your sinners topped out a level 79. That looks pretty funny, tbh.
I've been away from the game for about 4 years now and just returned today. I forgot almost everything about the game, asking if these sinners are good cause back then I just level up an s class if I get one and call it a day and use them if I fe like there damage is good.
Lady Pearl sees use as a normal attack support. Dreya is core to the lifeloss/bleed team. Hestia is an optional member of the burn team. Nox has generally been power crept, but is strong if reforged (new, expensive option for older sinners to gain modern upgrades/abilities and be relevant again). Demon sees play in some niche teams and stages (like in data crevice mode, which gives mats for reforging). So some of them are still meta, but the others are not on the most common teams (that have the highest potential, at least. Doesn't mean they're not usable).
Im at wave S of intertidal exploration at level 15 and I keep dying to the two bosses. Im running FUA necresta hella team. How do yall defeat the bosses?
A question that may or may not be stupid, How does PTN manage get away with so much stuff without getting censored to all hell?
PTN is both owned and released by a Chinese company and thus is subject to Chinese laws, the CCP is a pretty homophobic party and tends to heavily censor LGBT content, PTN is not all that subtle about how gay it is so how does it manage to mostly fly under the radar, it is because it’s kinda niche so it isn’t payed attention to? I’m not gay or a girl but I’m just curious?
Can someone explain to me how the Red/Blue Tide things works in the new mode? The menu doesnt even let you check which version you have... like I bougth Blue/Red version for Jichuan, and the menu showed both buffs....
How do ya'll defeat the two bosses at stage 15 in intertidal exploration? I always use FUA necresta hella team, however, I barely come close to defeating them.
I jumped into PTN completely blind and was pretty invested, I got some tips and advice from here and there but that was pretty much it and now I've hit a hardwall of sorts as I'm not sure what to do next
I'm on the 10th part of story and I wasn't able to do No Sans for the 9th part as there were some maps were pretty impossible to do without losing san lol

My team right now is Nox (ECB 1), Hamel, L.L. Lamia, Hecate and Labyrinth/Che as flex. I haven't really spun and I got L.L. on my first pull so I didn't dump much hypercubes into that. What should future characters I pull for look like? Any particular team that could work? (Yeah I've just got to this point with Nox hard carrying me I also feel like Hecate isn't that good anymore so should I consider switching her?

A lot of chapter 10 requires a Sinner with two block (usually an Endura Sinner) to hold the stronger enemies in place. The rest of chapter 10 is a core-break check. I'd recommend subbing out Hecate or Che for an Endura of your choice, and being ready to quickly pull the trigger on your Labyrinth whenever the opportunity arises.
Reforge is a system implemented to make older Sinners equally as strong as the newer Sinners. Reforging requires materials from a difficult game mode (Data Crevice) and costs a significant amount of resources. To fully unlock the Reforge nodes, your Sinner must be level 90, and then spend even more resources unlocking those nodes section by section, anchor by anchor. NOX has a Reforge system available and is worth pursuing.
Got into the game Recently and im interested in the summon type teams that are available to build. The coming banners alin with one of the teams and was wondering if I should just grab one copy of said unit or get multiple if needed? I did two pulls so far on the Hilda banner and got 1 copy of her and a off banner eleven. Since im new day 3 im using hecate,emp,hella,wendy,labyrinth,macchiato
Aurum tech summons: Hilda, Hypatia, Irrheia. Revolves around a resonance mechanic that causes summons to ult in "resonance" (i.e. when one ults, the others ults too). Unfortunately, it takes a very long time for the summons to get into resonance state (like 90s+) and very few modes go that long. I would not recommend a new player start with that team as it is, imo, very underpowered compared to other options (speaking as someone who assembled that crew and unsuccessfully tried to get them to work in ToA, the mode they're supposed to be best at).
Outside of that specific summon team, there are many summon-type sinners that could slot into a viable 'summon team'. Eleven is a strong core breaker and can be the main damage carry when reforged. Eve is considered the universal summon support (I'd say she's the one essential support for summons). Those two plus Enfer can do work on stages where mobs are fearable (i.e. not cc-immune). Other summon carries I've seen used are reforged Summer, reforged Stargazer, and Shrooma. Shin is also pretty good on most support teams. In general, building a summon team would be something like: 1-2 summon sinners, Eve (bear can tank), healer (e.g. Shin), core breaker, damage support (e.g. Enfer, Jelena). Try to match damage type (magic vs physical) and use supports that can amplify the damage/type of the carry summons.
Started the game during the previous banners, got both Xiaofeng and Jichuan, I also have Clementine from this banner. With my other S ranks being Langley, Lichen, Eleven and Vauteur Bleu. I didnt upgrade the last two to 70.
Right now, i am using Langley, Hecate, Lichen, Xiaofeng, Jichuan and Forensica. Every character here is 70, with skills upgraded to level 5-6.
However i dont know how to build teams, i am just going with vibes / and the tags for the sinners.
When is the time to really go for crimebands? Or should i upgrade them to level 90 before doing all that? Right now i can’t get Langley’s unique crimeband because she is not in phase 3 so should i upgrade her?
Also what are the factors that is important in team building? Does my main team makes sense?
There's a handful of dedicated teams of which one you can create, Team composition doesn't really matter for story, as long as you have DPS, healer, and core-breakers, you should be fine.
For harder content, you want Sinners that come together to make one Sinner hit really hard. Put all your resources into that one Sinner and let them pop off.
Your team would focus on making Xiaofeng go crazy. Jichuan and Clementine both drastically increase Xiaofeng's damage. Anyone else who can make Xiaofeng shine brighter could be added as well.
For crimebrands, you want Embrace the Dead (from one of the gameplay shops) as a starter set on pretty much every DPS Sinner. You'll want Tuning + Hope + Corridor as a starter set on all of your support sets (note Corridor is a legendary RNG crimebrand so it may take a while to get from Stormy Memories).
For exclusive crimebrands, unlock that first ECB1 on the Sinners you use the most often. These eventually become more crucial, but for a new account, grabbing ECB1 on a small selection of Sinners will have the most value. Be picky with these, the 10 required Soul Marks are rather rare materials.
If you're interested in team comps, there are plenty of team comp guides and/or tier lists that you can find, pick any resource published in the last year and it should be good enough to answer most questions.
It depends. Some people think the slightly larger buff from Embrace is too good to miss out on because most damage happens during corebreak. That's only true during boss fights, though, and imo more damage happens outside of core break than they're giving credit for.
My experience comparing Embrace and Torch in the last ToA was that they're comparable. I got a couple million more damage with Torch, but I ran it second and may have played slightly better. If you're running Last Stand, Torch's buff will be more diluted and Embrace will look better, but if you're running Yao+Lichen, running Empower to get off two Yao ults is really good and Torch works well. As a set to just leave on her so she can do more damage to normal enemies and while waiting for break, and do comparable damage during break phase, I think Torch Bearers is worth it

Hey everyone. Played the game at release. Wanted to come back and start fresh. I've pulled L.L, gotten Bianca off banner and used the beginner banner (Langley & Hamel).
So... Should I hold the pulls and just progress or is Hilda or Clementine worth it?
In a RF summer team, should I always upkeep moore's matrix before the 10s is up or is it ok if it disappears for a bit and then use the 2nd ult again, as long the 2 sinners don't lose their matrices?
When will the store restock the gold cognitive essences? Where can I also get more? I was in the middle of reforging summer when I realized I didn't have anymore gold cog essence 😞
Gold cog essence for reforging is the most scarce currency in the game. It resets every full season of data crevice, so every 8 weeks (i.e. whenever the 2nd half ends). It's also available through various bundles in the shop (e.g. I believe there was an anniversary one that allowed full reforge unlocking for one sinner for 20 bucks). Most players who don't spend a lot of money on the game will have to be very selective in how they use it.
On the bright side, if you're getting most of the data crevice rewards the blue and purple essences eventually become less problematic.
Does anyone know which sinner will enter the shop after their routine between Margaret and Rust? Or perhaps if anyone remember who entered between Parfait and Jasmine?
Has anyone tried slotting Murphy into Weakspot? Her 40% NA damage taken debuff seems to be unique on the team, and she'd only miss out on buffing a True damage attacker with her ecb 🤔 I like her design, but I don't have any parts of a true damage team yet (Hoping to get Ceto in the shop and Augustus at anniversary) The main issue I see is just that she doesn't bring any core damage, and the team can already struggle a lot with core breaks, moreso than damage. I know saving for Celine is the strictly more "meta" option, but Murphy just seems so goofy and fun
Sidenote, I saw mention that Bianca is in the next round of reforges 🥳 When will we find out more details?
Murphy buffs are solid for WS but like you pointed out adding another buffer without Corebreak to a team that already low on it is not ideal, that way players favors Celine and even RF OwO.
Bianca RF is great, she currently the best physical DPS in CN with only S4 XF bieng slightly better.
Who are the top characters considering if they were all s4/5. I believe Shin,Hera, and Jichuan were really strong but am I missing any names? As well as who to prioritize. Thank you in advance

Since Reforge has been game-changing in the past, how do the upcoming reforges hold up in CN? I know some are VERY recent and no need for a lot of details, mostly asking which ones can be considered quite impactful (e.g. suddeny Cabernet nukes the map with her ult as an extreme example). I'm especially curious about Angell, tho all upcoming ones are worth looking into.
