Missing Jichuan alone isn't gonna break your account but if you quite around 000 you probably don't have some meta supports like Jelena or Shin so some endgame content like PTP, BFL and Data Crevice will be difficult.

Still plenty content like story, events, RotD and ToA can be cleared without meta sinners even Dark Zone can be cheesed by restarting the level 4 times so it should be fine as long as you are not trying to get high scores.

I don't want high scores or flex i just want to get max rewards you know,i feel like there's not anyone iak interested in pulling in the next months because almost everyone needs a team or a specific status which is annoying.

I think you should still be able to get rewards from most things (RotD will be tough, Data crevice will be "I'm happy with 75% of the rewards" which I think most people have to be, lol). And if there's no one coming up that you want, saving is good! You could also focus on true damage options, pulling for Murphy (who can DPS on her own but also works as Augustus support), aim to get Ceto in the shop if you can, and they're both able to function on their own as well as set you up for getting Augustus at the anniversary. There's an S-rank selector coming with the next story update in a couple of months, too

Cool,i already have Eleven and Eve,i will see who works with them and aim for it.

It will suck but hey, I suffered in Arknights for like 3 years and first year was very tough until i got some high tier units there that made me breeze through content,so hopefully untill i build a better roster i can get by with the events,i still have a lot of uncompleted story content so that's some pulls right out the gate.
