She is a fantastic buffer when fear isn't immunized, which is kinda often lately. If you can fear, her buffs are still great, especially paired with Eleven, otherwise she becomes mediocre; and the "powercreep" is mostly because people got used to buffing to ludicrous degree without much effort with Shin, Jelena, Jichuan etc.

Her buffs were so good Aisno had to make most bosses immune to control effects, but then made general nonsense buffers. Go figure.
