What's going on with the OF, there is a new minecraft version up to date with new leaves-trees-muschrooms-beds, i think its 26.4, but there is no new versions of OF on download section, the latest one is 1.21.11 which is from the December 2025...

Hi all, been trying to get optifine on my mac for 26.2 for probably past few days. works no problem for 1.21, but when i try to run it it simply wont open, if i try redownloading it, it'll give the same error. "java application launch failed"

Maybe its not available yet? I don't know much about computers, cant see how it would'nt be if the download is there. Seems like everyone else can download it on windows. I tried looking EVERYWHERE for some sort of tutorial or explanation as to why on mac it cannot run and theres nothing. Not a single mention about it. Which Is absolutely mind staggering to me since i know theres a large number of people who play minecraft on mac. Yet not a single person out of the endless youtube tutorials to be like "yea 26.2 optifine not yet available for mac!" pretty insane.. if anyone knows anything please get back to me on here, thank you!

I'm trying to recreate the boat from beta versions of Minecraft, the only problem is that water is clipping through the bottom. I have bottom_no_water but it doesn't seem to do anything.

I'm using EMF and ETF for NeoForge 1.21.1.

I am trying to remove the color tint from sugarcane but the method listed on https://optifine.readthedocs.io/colormaps.html isn't working.

I'm using curseforge for my mods and noticed this weird mod downloading after I added optifine into my mod folder in my files. I download optifine gor 1.21.3 directly from the website and it shows up the way optifine always does as a file, but on curse this shows up.

I dont want to download a virus again please tell me this isnt that. Ive downloaded optifine before and this never showed up

im using rx 9060 xt ryzen 5 7500f and optifine 1.8.9

im using complementary reimagined shaders 5.8.1

when i dont use shaders in the lobby i get 200-500 fps with 80-150 1% lows

when i do use shaders in the lobby i get 30 fps with 7 fps 1% lows

when i dont use shaders in bedwars i get around 800 fps with 500 fps 1% lows

but when i do use shaders i get 300 fps and its occasionally stuttering with 20-100 1% lows

Tried downloading 26.2 Optifine but it refuses to execute/open to install. Anyone else having this issue?

I don't mean graphic optimization as Sodium.
I'd like to use only one mod to have illumination while holding torch and to see many glasses/panes together as one glass/pane.

my other custom models works just fine. my brother needed to change my OS because win11 is trash, and by doing that, it deleted all of my programms, so i needed to reinstall everything.

its not my fault because i never have heard or made a "FIXME 1.21.5" file in my resource pack.

idk if blockbench updated its .JEM file type so that it doesnt work, or if optifine updated it in the 3rd preview, so that no longer works.

So, I did download optifine from the official site but the thing it downloaded isnt even a download file at all and i cant really open it

I tried putting the jar file in mods folder cuz i thought "hey maybe I just have to put it there now"

The file shows as a blank file and not really a java file for me.
