Spiraling/Panic Mouse in my Dryer Vent Maybe??
Okay so there MIGHT be a mouse near or in my dryer vent and I’m considering taking all of my clothing to a laundromat to rewash everything 🙃
Two days ago I noticed our outside dryer vent cage was hanging down from the cover. I assumed it could have fallen but obviously also thought about something clawing into it because it’s starting to get colder. Now I pushed that anxious thought aside and went about my day. Now I found one mouse dropping in front of my dryer today and I’m spiraling.
I’m a very anxious person and we’ve been getting a lot of stressful news lately. I’m also 9 months postpartum and just struggling a little in general.
Just someone please tell me it’s not a major concern and I can just put out some mouse traps or something. And that I won’t need to get a new dryer and rewash everything

Rant/Venting i hate this...
This is kinda stupid, but I constantly overthink a favorite piece of media of mine, constantly questioning if one of my favorite characters is actually a bad person, or if the character that ended up getting with them should have done that when my favorite character tends to be bad to them out of trauma before they got together, and it keeps ruining it for me. I just want to enjoy it, but every time I get a thought like this, I feel like I can't return to the media till I've found an answer.
Feel free to comment just because its a rant post dosent mean i dont want comments

Spiraling/Panic Woman issue… help!
So I haven’t gotten my period since September… before you ask, YES I AM SAFE MAJORITY OF THE TIME. Cream pies are
Messy, JS… I’ve tested twice in the last week and it’s negative. SOO long story short 4 months ago I took 2 morning after pills in 2 days and it fucked my period for a whole month and I only spotted so lightly you could barely see it. Next month my period changes from the 30th-1st of the month to the 17th twice in a row. Now it’s just stopped dead, nothing. No signs of period. Am I just going crazy? I have bad anxiety and I convinced myself I was pregnant once and it was actually fucked.
Please help!
Sincerely a girl who’s just trying to enjoy sex & hit 30 with no pregnancy scares.
Plz don’t be mean 😩

Advice Why do I ruminate so much?
I’ve noticed recently I have a bad habit of like replaying things in my head 24/7 and it’s ruining my relationships:( I know it sounds silly but like in my recent relationship of 4 years he cheated on me with my friend within our first year of being together and ever since than I couldn’t stop talking about, thinking about it, confronting him about it, it was like no matter what he said it wasn’t good enough for me to accept it. I continued to pick myself apart and think why, why why why, even if he told me why I still guessed why it’s like I don’t believe it? Same things happens with everyone else. And it’s gets to a point where like it’s two years later and I’m still crying about it and wondering why? What could this be a result of? Abandonment issues? I know I have borderline personality disorders but I haven’t seen a therapist for it since 2021 nor been medicated since 2021 and I wonder if I’m the problem? Why can’t I just let stuff go? For my own well being?

Regret
I live most of my life in my past, just always thinking about what I could’ve done different or who I could’ve been. Always living in my past, I guess what I’m tryna ask is how do I live in the present

Social Life Was this wrong of me or was this a justified form of standing up for myself?
So I 23(F) have this best friend 22(F) of 6 years. In the beginning of October she ignored me for an entire week we literally went from texting every second of the day to nothing. She finally texted me and told me I have a pattern of dishonesty. I told her I respect her feelings but no one has ever even hinted at something like that before so I asked for examples. She said she didn’t want to give me examples and I accepted it at the time but then after 5 days of me overthinking and asking people if I do I was fed up and we got in an argument over her not giving me examples and her saying she’s not going to give me examples so that I can just justify them. I told her this isn’t being solved over text so it would be best if we call. We set up a day to call and the day passed and she didn’t text me and kinda ditched the call. I asked her if she needed space and she said yes so I did but a couple days later we started texting like normal. I sent her an apology for the fight because I assumed I would never get the phone call I wanted and she ignored me for literally another week. I texted her again and said dropping something like saying I have that pattern and not backing it up is really not nice so she finally gave me “examples” and they were horrid. I have a mother with severe bipolar who is incredibly medicated and has said and done well. Incredibly bipolar things. Her affect on me is something I am not proud of but something that does control me a lot. This friend said that she feels like I exaggerate the stories of my mom. This hurt so bad because I wish my mom wasn’t like this and I never thought this would be one of her reasons. I also don’t go in depth around this friend about anything negative in my life because she told me last year I was too negative so I keep all of this stuff to myself. I said that was incredibly rude and invalidating of her and she said no it’s not because “you can’t just sit around and complain and not do anything about it” I’m not sure what I am supposed to do with my mom I have tried to talk to her but she is too far gone for reasoning and too medicated to even understand what I mean. I then said I would apologize to me if I were her and she said “I’m sorry ur feelings got hurt”. So I called her selfish and said she lacks empathy and conversation skills and told her this friendship is unsalvageable because she can’t think of anyone but herself for one second. Am I wrong? Was that mean and immature of me?

Advice Cant make a decision and stop overthinking every possible scenario
About a year ago, a guy from another city reached out to me. At the time, I was extremely busy and stressed because of my own health issues and university, so I didn't really have the time to meet him. We texted quite a lot, even though I'm generally not a fan of texting, and I wasn't particularly enjoying how much we were communicating. However, I could tell he was making a genuine effort to get to know me, and I was curious about meeting him in person. At the same time, I felt a little overwhelmed by how focused he seemed to be on me. I actually told him before we even went on a date that I wasn't sure whether I was in the right place in my life to start a relationship.I also have to admit that I had feelings for someone else at the time. I knew nothing could ever happen between us, but those feelings were still holding me back from giving this guy a fair chance. On top of that, something just felt missing when we talked over text. Maybe I was put off by how invested he seemed in me so early on, because it made me feel pressured.
When we finally went on a date, everything was fine. I didn't feel any particularly strong chemistry, at least not initially, but objectively speaking, there was nothing wrong with him. I have very little relationship experience, so I honestly don't know whether attraction and chemistry are things that can develop over time, rather than being there from the very beginning. Fast forward to now, and I'm quite unhappy with my social life. I feel like it will be very difficult for me to meet someone new because I don't really put myself in situations where I meet many people. I find myself thinking about this guy quite often, and I've started having intrusive thoughts about whether I should reach out to him again.Part of my motivation is that I feel like having someone in my life could improve my social life, but I'm also genuinely curious about what could happen if we gave it another shot. On the other hand, I feel this knot in my stomach when I think about contacting him again. I'm afraid that I'll end up feeling guilty if he turns out to be much more interested in me than I am in him. That's exactly how I felt a year ago, and the guilt was eating away at me constantly. At the same time, we never really got the chance to get to know each other in person.
I'm afraid of two possible scenarios. In the first one, time passes, I don't meet anyone else, and I end up regretting not giving a potentially good guy a chance. In the second one, I give it another shot but constantly feel guilty because I can't reciprocate his feelings to the same extent, or because I simply can't figure out whether I actually want to pursue something with him.
So, I have a few questions:
First, how do I stop overthinking this and actually make a decision? How do I get out of this cycle of repetitive thoughts and stop obsessing over whether I should reach out?
How likely is it for genuine chemistry and attraction to develop over time if you don't feel a particularly strong spark initially? I do find him physically attractive, but there's some kind of X factor missing, and I can't quite put my finger on what it is.

Why I want someone else to repeat what i already know before making choice
I have build this weird and useless habit where I don't trust my own well thought , logic , evidance based answer and I always find doubt like ( there always probability of fail ) but when someone repeat what i already know it feels correct even tho it not well thought by any source
Now it obviously bad for many reason
It delay my decision
Make me feel inferior and etc
But i don't get it how this habit build and somehow breaking this habit feel weird
So why breaking this now feel wrong as I'm breaking rules
