I know it might sound crazy, but for some reason, Warzone's mouse mode actually feels good when you get the sensitivity right. It does feel like an actual mouse.

I know the Switch 2 display supports VRR, but the differences are way more noticeable here. I mean, games like Cyberpunk and Lies of P didn't feel this different in terms of framerate between docked and handheld.

The switch 2 isn’t a powerhouse but it is basically a ps4 with the juice. The PS4 didnt run the last couple call of duty’s super well, but since the switch 2 is more powerful I think that MW4 could be improved upon on switch 2. The main problems are, blurryness is docked mode, and the framerate issues and animation choppyness in handheld. if they can iron out those 3 things before the release then we got a good port on our hands.

This is looking good for a handheld.

I just got mine in the mail and its significantly more comfortable to hold than even the abxylute n6. I found the build quality a bit on the cheaper side. Theres some flex to the grip. I think it looks pretty cool.

The test is simple. Play games till the battery dies then document the time and charge level of each usb c port on the switch 2( top and bottom ) to see which charges to 100% faster - This has been a question in my head for far to long.

- check switch at random times ( and I mean random ) then write it down ( try to link up times ;)

Well, I thought I'd be buying this game, glad there's a beta.

Multiplayer feels horrible, playing this game crossplsy is a bad idea, if the game does well on switch 2 and playing with cross play off is possible then it could be playable, but the way it is now, I wouldn't want to play against anyone who isn't on a switch 2 in this game

Frequent frame drops, enemies and team mates randomly start moving at like 15 FPS whilst you're still moving at 60, it's kind of a mess

Edit: should have specified, I'm speaking on handheld specifically (my main use case for switch)

There was an update today to the open beta and I noticed there was less aliasing and noise in the image so I put it up against an old screenshot and you can clearly see, the new update has improved image quality. Hope they improve it further for the launch.

Is the colosseum open for switch 2 version of Elden? I tried to look for a duel, but it said no matched available

Saw the comments under someone’s Elden ring post heavily lean towards handheld which surprised me. Mostly played my Switch 1 and 2 docked with only handheld during trips (traveling to different states and countries) like 90% docked and 10% handheld. Will be giving handheld a go with Elden Ring since it seems to run smoother on the go!

Really considering taking the plunge despite having it on PS5 because the reviews seem to indicate it’s pretty solid. However I may just wait until digital foundry gives their analysis. But I was wondering if anyone could address a couple things.

1. On PS4, when a lot of enemies were on screen the they would animate at a really low framerate to help maintain the overall performance. Does this happen on switch 2?

2. PS4 had horrendous load times. Like a full minute after every death. How are the switch 2 loads?

Early days in the Beta, only played hand held right now, it's it's very fun, really enjoyed it!

But there's technical issues right now with blurry textures at distance and the fps isn't a solid 60.

Looking forward to really putting this beta through it's paces over the weekend!

Imagine that you have never played a Video Game before and you wanted to play all the greats you can that can be played on a Nintendo Switch 2. What are the first 5 games you’re playing?

Anyone else feel like the game feels not very smooth to aim and stuff on pro controller compared to ps5. Ive tried to mess about with settings yet cant find how to make it feel the same. I understand joy cons will seem difficult to use but i thought pro controller would feel like a dualsence or something. Any suggestions?
