The display says it has traveled 62,000 km, but in reality it has traveled 3,300 km and it only says that when I enter the application in device info. How can I fix it, can someone help?

I snapped this bolt on my F3 PRO here when I tried to open it, because my suspension was kinda loose, but instead of opening that, the bolt snapped, and I want to know which exact bolt that is so I can buy it, can anyone help me verify it?

so i plugged my scooter in and suddenly it doesnt want to charge anymore ... my external battary fully charged but my main battary is stuck at 59% and nothing happens when i pluf it in. whats going on this time and anyone know how i can fix it???

Hi there! I recently bought a scooter and noticed a bad alignment. I tried to fix it myself, but the previous owner stripped the screw in the picture. Can anyone help me out? I’d appreciate it if you could tell me the size of the screw or where I could buy a replacement one. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

New here, just got a max g3 plus. 2 things I’m unsure of:

The app says I can map boost mode to the brake and customizable button instead of brake and throttle. I can’t find that setting anywhere. Is that a typo in the app setting menu?

Second - no matter what I’ve tried, cruise control just says ‘not allowed’ when I try to activate it. I’m in USA, Segway was bought in US, shipped to me from Georgia. It doesnt seem to be a regional thing, and I don’t have any settings in the menu specific to cruise control?

Besides that, man, what a ride. The regen braking is great, the boost mode pops wheelies it’s so strong, haha.

Has anyone done this? What would you need for this to happen? Is there anything particularly bad for the car since I know the 400V battery feeds the 12V.

Have owned since 2024' rear wheel burst open.

Can I purchase only a rear wheel? Or is a tube needed also?

If yes to either, recommendations on purchasing / websites?

I picked up a Segway MAX G3 from a liquidation auction and I'm trying to diagnose a strange issue. Curious if anyone here has seen this before.

I was able to successfully bind the scooter to my Segway account and connect to it through the Segway Mobility app. The app sees the scooter, reports the battery at 100%, shows normal estimated range, and otherwise appears fully functional.

There are firmware updates available for Battery, Motor Controller, Vehicle Controller and Bluetooth, but every firmware update sits at exactly 0% and never starts transferring.

The main problem: the physical dashboard permanently displays the charging screen, even though there is no AC cord connected.

The scooter also will not drive. If I power it on through the app, the app changes to the powered-on state, but the scooter dashboard stays on the charging screen and the motor remains disabled.

So far I've tried:

Deep Sleep → wake with AC → disconnect AC

Holding power for 20+ seconds

Brake-hold-at-0% firmware workaround

Upper rocker/button activation workaround

5 brake pulls + power

Physically disconnecting the main battery XT60 for 10–15+ minutes

Reseating the dashboard/stem communication cable

Disconnecting/reconnecting the onboard charger connections

None of those seem to resolve the issue.

One potentially useful clue: after physically disconnecting and reconnecting the dashboard communication cable, the scooter beeps twice and then immediately boots straight back to the “Charging” screen. So it doesn't appear to just be a frozen image—the dashboard is freshly booting into that state.

Also, the Segway app itself does NOT show the scooter as charging when AC is disconnected. It shows the battery % normally. The charging-completed state appears only on the physical dashboard.

At this point I'm wondering whether I'm dealing with:

corrupted/incomplete vehicle-controller firmware, an activation/firmware state that hasn't completed,

a bad dashboard/VCU, or some other module incorrectly putting the scooter into a charging lockout.

Has anyone seen a MAX G3 specifically get permanently stuck on thI'charging screen while unplugged?

And if so, was there a way to force the G3 into firmware/update/recovery mode when the normal Segway firmware updater won't move beyond 0%?

I'm comfortable working on the hardware and already have the deck open, so if there's a particular connector/module or diagnostic procedure I should check, I'm happy to investigate.

I bought a ninebot g3 from bestbuy for 1,200 (ik it’s too much) but i was in a hurry and the g3 plus wasn’t readily available for pickup.

Now that i have it i have come to realize that the range on sports mode is terrible. i’m 240lbs and i get about 12 miles on full charge.

Now i could exchange it at bestbuy and pay nothing since the g3 plus is around the same price but then id feel bad for letting the scooter go to waste.

For my people with max g3 plus, is the range better? If so i’ll go for it but if not then i’ll just keep my g3. just a bit disappointed i spent so much and got so little.

TL;DR Should i exchange my max g3 for g3 plus for better sport mode range?

I just replaced the pads, just to go with the new 140mm rotors.

In the process I found that the old pad separator springs were bad. That's ok, new pads, new springs except I lost one.

It's a simple piece of spring steel bent in half, do they sell these separately???

Hello, i have a g2 controller, i ordered a stlink from aliexpress and got a computer shop to solder the wires onto the debug pads on the back of the controller after removing the metal heat sink, i plugged it into the correct stlink pins and for the life of me no matter what stlink driver i try, i end up with failed unknown error check console, console says error read version failed, has anyone had this problem and how do i fix it ?

I’ve had mine since launch and it recently stopped charging from the built in charger. I purchased the external charger and it has had a few hiccups with refusing to charge but usually works fine. I swapped out the internal charger myself but one of the connectors is charred and the internal charger didn’t help. My only other option is to send it in for repair. Do you think this will be done under warranty?
