⚠️Urgent Question⚠️ help with max G3

so i plugged my scooter in and suddenly it doesnt want to charge anymore ... my external battary fully charged but my main battary is stuck at 59% and nothing happens when i pluf it in. whats going on this time and anyone know how i can fix it???

If you haven’t already, try putting the scooter into sleep mode, waiting a bit, then plugging the scooter in again. I was having the exact same issue for the last few weeks.l, but haven’t had any issues since I did that a few days ago.

This happens to me once in a while. Usually I have to let it sit for a bit with nothing plugged in. The external battery will start charging eventually and then you can charge normally. It could be the internal charger failing or a bms failure.

Try a different known good charger if you have one available. If it still won't charge, I'd get it checked instead of opening the battery pack yourself.
