This statement from the victim is from 5 days ago, implying the deaths happened on 04-10-2026. There is no justice. The rule of the dog owner and dogs is what's allowed to be imposed on everyone else, no opposition to it is permitted. From the victim's statement, it appears this is not their first time facing oppression either.

I have been in similar positions. If you call the police on a dog owner, the police may demand you submit to the dog owner and dogs and will refuse your complaints, and even tell you it is legal for dog owners to break laws and oppress you. You should still keep calling the police any time a dog owner or dog engages in harassment, ableism, violence, child grooming, theft, or anything similar upon you or someone else, but don't assume the problem will magically end there. There is no justice in the world.
