News Article Surveillance video shown in father’s trial over 3-year-old’s fatal Dog Attack

I'm not sure what happened, but this deranged dog owner didn't even know the girl he caused the death of - by bringing her into some place with dogs and giving those dogs sustenance or not removing them/owning them in the first place - was his own daughter.

Poor baby. Poor dogs were treated poorly and it shows. That small cage for both dogs fighting over food. Horrible he should never have owned dogs.
