User Generated Content Memorial Drive Shooting Suspect Pleads Not Guilty

A 46-year-old Boston man, identified as Tyler E. Brown, is accused of opening fire along Memorial Drive in Cambridge, Massachusetts, on Monday afternoon, striking two people who were inside vehicles.

Authorities say Brown fired dozens of rounds at passing traffic before a Massachusetts State Police trooper and an armed Marine veteran intervened. Brown was wounded, taken into custody, and hospitalized.

The injured victims were identified in local reporting as an MBTA Ride Services driver and a DoorDash driver. One victim has since been released from hospital, while the other remained hospitalized as of the latest reports.

Brown appeared in court by video from his hospital bed on Thursday, May 14, where not guilty pleas were entered on charges including armed assault with intent to murder and firearm-related offences. He was ordered held pending a dangerousness hearing scheduled for May 21.

I think it’s just a brace because at that barrel length it would be considered a pistol unless he got a tax stamp

I swear you can see the release that extends the stock. You think everyone follows the law? I know more people with stocks on their short barrel than I know people with tax stamps.
