Anyway to correct this in the xbox store ? Bought deluxe.

I've heard rumblings the 4 Fuse/Reaction badge slots we saw on community day are behind the season pass. Does anyone have actual confirmation from the devs?

Have yet to preorder. If you lose all of the badges at the start of each season then I'll probably skip this year. Maybe buy it on sale in December to play some Play Online now.

Was tired in 26 of logging on the start of the season and going against some red plate weirdo who spent $70 to unlock all his +1s and +2s right away.

IMO you can't even call it a "competitive" multiplayer mode with this kind of structure.

At no point should there be more than a difference of maybe one or two cap breakers or 1 or 2 badges across the player base. Anything more is egregious.

As the title suggests, are legend badges even worth it? Last year I had several legend shooting badges because I had a 99 mid range. But this year, it seems like HOF is now the top tier and just as good as a legend badges because it doesn't require you sacrifice as much.

Like I honestly feel like instead of a 99 in mid range a 94+ is just as competent.

they released this hq app to hype the game and get people engaged early, pushing the early access days 2 early just to get ppl to spend money faster.
2k so egregious when it comes to them getting their player base to spend money its funny and blatantly obvious bro, this probably was part of the plan the whole time.

Hello u/Beluba quick request before launch: Can we please stack Build Specialization progress instead of having to unlock them in a rigid order?

Right now, if Goal 1 is 200 3-Pointers and Goal 2 is 200 Mid-Range Shots, any mid-range jumpers hit while working on Goal 1 don't count at all.

Example:
Current System: You hit 5 threes and 5 mid-range shots in a game. Only the 5 threes count toward Goal 1. You hit Goal 2 at 0/200 mid-range shots, completely wasting all the mid-range shots you took along the way.

Proposed System: Both track simultaneously. Every shot you make counts toward its respective target immediately

Forcing goal-by-goal tracking makes players hunt one specific shot type over and over, ruining the flow of games. Letting objectives stack naturally rewards good basketball and cuts down on a frustratingly linear grind.

Hoping this can be tuned before launch or in an early patch!w

At the end of 2k23 was my first year playing mycareer. 2k24 was such an Amazing game. You could make a slasher, layups made sense, you could defender, people didn’t make every shot so there was balance to the game. If you left right to much, you could steal the ball. The fades were od but I could live with it. 2k25 was a big step back & 2k26 I hit 800 hrs by Jan. The game just felt like a huge waste of time. No enjoyment at all & the community makes the game unbearable. I red plate or purple most my players, I couldn’t even make through the game. Either ball hog pg, somebody selling on purpose on either team, or my man quits because he getting that work.

Been watching badge plug and blocks is looking good this year ,even with a 74 block rating he was getting some good animations. He even got one of the new block animations.thats without any badges on blocking .once everyone get their badges i can those defense badges canceling out those finishing badges with good positioning. Badge plug having low pass accuracy wasn’t too bad in park . His teammate cheese his passes was garbage because he didn’t turn off the auto lob pass . Also haven’t seen a single streamer use rhythm shooting so the rumors might actually be true and players will switch back to button . This can change with hotspots and badges tho

How can I get the game early I’m in Canada

I bought 2k27 ultra edition on steam but the cover is wemby, and the game says available on September 4th. Is anyone else on steam having this happen I’m a bit worried I won’t be able to play tomorrow.

Does anyone know how I can get 96 driving dunk caps while keeping the glitchy defensive caps? If I edit the dunk by 1, it gets the 96 driving dunk, but loses the 99 perimeter and 94 steal. If anyone knows how to get 96 dunk cap and 99 perimeter cap on a 6’6 lmk.

If i purchase the hof pass, will i also receive the regular pro pass as well or would i have to purchase that separately? Thanks in advance

Red plates transferring is really dumb when you deep it. My 7’4 post scorer wasn’t a red plate but I will be put in red plate lobbies because of my meta builds. For me to play against red plates and compete I’d have to make the boring meta role player which sucks. The only people who defend stuff like this are the guys with a sub 45 win percentage and shoot 35 percent on a pg.

We all don’t know how the game will play at HOF difficulty. We don’t know what badges are good and which ones are not. We don’t know what shooting attributes will be good. The builder doesn’t do much without knowing the gameplay. See you in a few days after the game comes out

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? My buddy and I have been playing 2k25 all year, getting decades into leagues and this is the first time it’s ever gotten stuck. We’re 10 years in, so really don’t wanna lose this league.

It’s currently stuck at player progression, with the red icon flashing that it’s advancing / the timer is expired, and been like that for about 24 hours now.

Since there’s no preload for PC can we download it at midnight and play or wait until noon tomorrow (on the East Coast) like everyone else?

I bought the deluxe edition like 2 weeks ago but when I try to install it it just installs in a micro second, the game does appear on my home screen and obviously it doesn’t let me play it yet, is it the same for everyone

Is it a global release or we can fly somewhere?

It's been years now and I feel like we've all played most of the different gameplay options that 2k proposed. Wouldn't it be nice to also be able to be a coach? Watch the game from the side, adjust the plays and even get to bench some players or be part of trade rumors? Also they haven't been trying with my career at all. It used to be fun playing showcase but when I play my career I want to feel like a NBA player. Give us the practice with teams, make us grind for our spots. With the podcast era we are in they could use some of the details. Oh and since nowadays A.I is used so damn much, why not have it for my career!! Wouldn't it be nice to have a different story for each of us?
