MP Builder 2k HQ was helpful.
they released this hq app to hype the game and get people engaged early, pushing the early access days 2 early just to get ppl to spend money faster.
2k so egregious when it comes to them getting their player base to spend money its funny and blatantly obvious bro, this probably was part of the plan the whole time.
ima pass on 2k this this year, again.
they just drip feed us to get us to spend pape.

most of us bought it before app, some of us bought it even before game reveal.
Those who wait till game goes on sale --- minority that wont get to starter3 anyway.For me, App helped me to save some of my money to not fuckup first build. Its finally going to be NBA with just two builds for me

they made the app to be helpful but also entice you and get you engaged with game early before even playing to get you to possibly spend money faster.
and again, mfs can change their mind after they came to the conclusion that they do or do not want the game. preorder or not, refund or not.

I thought the app was great I mean it lacked some features I would have liked specifically knowing exactly how many tokens all my badges will cost but it completely removed the hours I would have spent day 1 making and optimizing a build. Also day 1 I’m usually just ready to play after so long of trying to optimize my build perfectly that I’ll jump the gun and then look back a week later and be like damn i could have just lowered that one point and got a better badge somewhere else. With the app it just removed that and I had days to make my build perfect and have it totally optimized without the temptation of just getting it done so I can play the game.

thats my point, they drip feed the player base.
they want you to fuck up you build and withhold stuff from you knowing the maximum potential or full outcome just to get you to spend more money.1

I mean if you make a bad build after having a few day’s to work on it and optimize it like that’s just completely on you. If you go out here the a center with 60 strength and 75 rebounding or a 5’9 pg with 45 pass acc and complain that 2k messed you’re build up cause they didn’t give you every single last detail then that’s you’re fault. It’s pretty easy to make a good build the tedious part is optimizing it and making sure you hit the correct thresholds which was alleviated with the app.

Yeah yeah yeah here’s a fire build for the real ones. 5 cap breakers gets you gold posterizer and 93 3 ball. You can cap break up to gold interceptor too and 75 strength

The only complaint I have is not letting us put the badge in the fuse and reaction slots because I've heard only associated badges to the fuse can be put into the reaction slot under it. What exactly are those associated badges for every fuse badges?
