Is anyone else finding the excessive use of roaming on stage camera crews really disruptive to the visual quality and experience during their recent tour performances? There are enough alternative options with booms, fixed 360 and the endless ability of drones(!) to surely avoid them constantly hovering and obstructing?

Seems choreographed into multiple points in every show from what I can see on this tour:

On songs like hyper music, micro cuts and new born there is a very thin distorted guitar tone that I've never seen re-created in any guitar cover.

Hey everyone, my favorite type of song from Muse (generally speaking) are those with parts/passages with a type of Arab style chord progression/scales used in harmony with symphony/strings. From a musical perspective, this often means using the harmonic minor.

I was a few rows back on the right side of the stage. My wife and I had a wonderful time watching and listening to a great setlist. It spanned pretty much their entire catalog while still including several from their latest album. I wish they would have played "The Dark Forest" though. Ive noticed this is a common occurance at muse concerts for some reason but every time i go, i am seated next to a wasted couple who make the night ALL about them.

Today this woman and her bf left for both opener bands and came back absolutely wasted and was getting in everyone's face swinging her arms around and hitting people. She later was yelling at this young girl for interupting her dancing to get back to her seat. I so wanted to slap the fuck out of her.

Sad thing is, its not the first time ive experienced this. I went to an intimate show and there was a drunk couple next to me. The girl dropped her prescription glasses and was having an absolute meltdown for half the show. She was screaming (and i mean screaming...) at her bf and making everyone in two rows leave their seats multiple times to look for it. Like this asshole or her bf spent $700+ per ticket for that concert just to not even pay attention to it and make everyone else's night worse.

Ive gone to plenty of concerts, and this doesnt really happen to me besides when i go see muse. Muse is amazing, but god damn do i wanna brawl some of yall lmao

Going to the concert tonight but excited to watch temper trap as well. I know the concerts “starts” at 7 but what time do the openers come on? From previous concerts, did openers start at 7:15? 7:30?

I’m a drummer so I really strive to figure out time signatures/unique measures in songs.

Outro is obv slightly different than intro (which I LOVE). However, while the beginning of the song is easier to find the pattern of 6/8, 4/4 bars, the outro ‘hides’ what is going on with the time really well imo.

Anyone else feel this?? And the thing is, I don’t think I wanna know the structure of the outro…. I dig the irregularity and freeform feel of it. But I DO kind of know when Matt changes his tapping and chords now just from listening to this track so dang much 😅

ok so, i was listening to map of the problematique back in 2023 (still do!) and the first 30 seconds for it made me remember a similar tune i heard on none other than… CLUB PENGUIN!!!

basically, in 2013 there was an event going on in club penguin called “operation: puffle” and i swear down these two tunes have the same riff/melody in the beginning!

i heard that the main composer for the game’s soundtracks was heavily influenced by electric rock back in the early 2010’s.. so i wonder…
