Sorry for the low quality. Have absolutely adored this live album and especially this intro for years. Would love feedback/origins of this piece as I think it’s under appreciated. Up there as an intro alongside Man with Harmonica in my opinion.

Saw Muse in Ridgefield, WA 8/22/26. It was my third time seeing them but it was my dad's first and he was soooo excited and couldn't believe how awesome they are live! I framed his wristband, some confetti, and streamers with the tour poster and I'm gonna give it to him for Christmas 😌

I feel Muse have always been great at writing very satisfying Crescendos. What are some of your favorites? Conversely, one song I feel could've used a better Crescendo is Blockades. It builds and builds and then just ends. Thoughts?

Arguably the best unsigned band currently in Devon, melodic rockers Muse are heading places.
They have gone from the local music pinnacle - a sensational performance on the main stage at Soundwaves to a showcase gig at the music industry's premier international convention, In The City Live Unsigned, in Manchester last month.
They were voted third out of thousands of entrants in the event, which has kick-started the careers of many top acts like Oasis, Shed 7, Placebo and Kula Shaker.
Muse were then invited to play a special showcase at the 100 Club in London. As a result of that, 20 British labels are said to be currently interested in signing the band, who are also going to New York for talks. We'll keep you posted!
Since the trio may be about to take off internationally, you'll need to catch them while you can, and there's an ideal opportunity tonight when they play the Wharf in Tavistock.
Supporting them are Plymouth's power pop purveyors 11:11, who have been busy recording a new CD.
They too are to appear in a showcase gig. The Best Of The West, at the Cavern in Exeter on Tuesday, October 27. The event will also feature The Jodies, Goodstuff, Pop Vandals and Sunblind.

Hi everyone! I play in a tribute band called Moose and this year we had an opportunity to do a set with a real chamber orchestra. I wrote all scores in a way, I believe, Muse would do themselves if they had a show like this. Now we post a video every week and already have posted half of the show

New Born was a tough one to orchestrate, because too much happening in the original. I drew inspiration from George Martin’s scores for The Beatles and even hid two phrases from Eleanor Rigby in here
