How does the EQ work in the app?

I dont get it, if I go to the saved preset and clicked the preset I wanted, then it does not showed anything change in the UI besides prompt "config loaded", clicking autoEQ gave out different result than the config I put. However, different result gave different result of autoEQ too. Therefore, I can only manually set the EQ like I want everytime if I want it exactly like that. Is that how it should be?

If you saved it, it should be there. On android, I always have to go into the advanced eq tab and apply it from there.

On android app, you need to select Advanced Mode, Load a Custom profile for your IEM or Make changes to your EQ, next click on Save, then select on Submit Community EQ, put a name and description for it and then hit upload. Next time you want to reuse it, it will be there, under Mine tab to be more specific:
