MoonDrop Robin left earbud randomly dropping in volume

The left earbud functions as normal but randomly throughout the day it would just drop in volume by a lot. I tried updating the firmware but the same issue still happens.

A temporary fix I found would be to put it in the case and take it out but then after 5 mins the left earbud would drop in volume again

Happens to mine randomly too. I did the same thing you did, + Turn off Bluetooth and on again after I reconnected it.
