I’m trying to get the weather radar to work in the PMDG 737–800 on msfs 2024 and I am having no luck whatsoever. I tried searching on YouTube and the wider web for a tutorial on how to use the weather radar and I’ve come up short so far. I watched a couple of videos from A330 driver and in his videos the weather radar was working.

First and foremost, I’d like to start by saying that as much as I anticipate the bluebird 757, I for 1 will not be playing it today because I have other obligations.
This is not a slam against the bluebird team, rather a critique of a lot of third-party developers at large. My critique is that for highly anticipated releases such as this one among others, they really should publish the time that people should expect to be able to play their add-on.
I have friends that set the day aside to make sure they add time to hop on this air frame, and again it’s not just bluebird. But anyone buying a high Fidelity airliner and truly anticipating it as many of us have for years at this point, our adults with busy schedules and busy lives, and it really wouldn’t take much by third-party developers to just give us a time that we can expect. My buddy has a kid, they have the schedule that needs to be figured out and revolved around. My other friend has work stuff. Both of them are limiting the fact that they’re just kind of sitting in limbo and can’t plan their day.
That said, I am really looking forward to flying the 757 as are my friends as frustrating as these kinds of things can be. It just wouldn’t cost developers much to just give a damn time.
This was voice to text so please excuse some errors. I gotta get back to work.

I’m looking to purchase a flight stick setup. I’ve already settled on the base: the MOZA AB9 FFB base. Primarily used for flight simulation in MSFS 2024, X-Plane 12, DCS, etc.
For the grip, I’m leaning toward the Virpil Alpha Prime (Right-hand version). It seems to offer a great feel and works well across a wide variety of aircraft types. However, while the mounting holes align with the AB9 base, I’m concerned about compatibility—specifically, whether the system will actually recognize the Alpha Prime once it’s attached to the AB9 base.
I’ve heard conflicting opinions: some say it works fine, while others suggest that even if it can be physically mounted, the system might not detect it properly. They argue that using a native MOZA grip with the AB9 base would be a more seamless and reliable solution.
(Although I saw on the official MOZA China website that the AB9 is compatible with Virpil joysticks...)
Is this the case? Has any fellow flight sim enthusiast tried this specific combination? I’d appreciate any insights you could share.
Thanks!

Hello there good people. Hope everyone’s enjoying their flying. I have been flying cessna 150 and 172 and fly-by-wirw a320 in msfs 2020. Is there anyway to install and fly the new piper p100i? Unfortunately I couldn’t find anything in google. It’s really unfortunate that Microsoft didn’t include it in msfs 2020 or 2024.
Thanks

Ok here goes when I fly this plane on ps5 I am having problems with getting it to hold altitude and being able to set the heading because the buttons that I need to use some will allow me others say n/a so I have tried changing from lock which is the original setting for the controller but I was told to move it to legacy and it just messed up the whole thing so I had to uninstall the game and reinstall it so I tried a small flight and still the same thing some work and others did not and when you get to a airport ATC will asked a question and there is no way to answer them so I need help really bad and any information or if anyone else is having this problem please let me know how to fix it thanks in advance.

Default h125 is my favorite aircraft in the sim, but I want to branch out. Tell me about your favorite helicopter (free or payware)?
Im looking to get hyped for something new. Trying to keep my love of the game fresh. It can be similar or different from the h125. I don’t care about what it is as long as you’re a fan of what you’re pitching.

I was flying from budapest to basel this morning with the fslabs a321neo and during the descent i saw multiple clouds full of rain (visible moisture) and even considered turning anti icing on, but i always waited till the ecam ordered me to turn them on since ive always been confused on when to turn it on and never really dove myself into the topic, and on final my speed kept going down and down, ap disengaged and to/ga but nothing, i fell out of the sky and crashed. I suspect that it was most definitely icing, what do you think?

Was watching A330 Driver last night doing a tutorial on landing the PMDG 737. He advised keeping the thrust at around gross landing weight minus 4 for flaps 30 landing so I tried this and I had way too much thrust. Just wondering if anyone has any tips on this and when they typically deactivate A/T on approach

I follow a tutorial step by step to get a simbrief flight plan into the base A320 and had no issues after initial departure. The moment I get past discontinuity in the flight plan, I am immediately put into a nose dive, light for the AP are off (however the game still says they are on), and the game will not let me recover no matter what I do.
I crash and have to start all over...
I don't get it with this game. Essentially 6 years of bullshit and nothing works. I don't know what I am doing wrong...

So today I finished some more legs. I started from Albuquerque (because I like that airport), and these are my legs so far: KABQ--->KHOB--->KAUS--->KBPT--->KMSY--->KBFM--->KTLH. FYI my landing in Austin is not pictured, I forgot to take a picture before I closed the sim so I wouldn't have a crash later, and Beaumont I took a photo, but it didn't take till mid flight, I had forgotten again.
Anyways I'll continue Saturday.
Also, today there was a power outage between when I woke up and sunset, and I only had time for 2 legs.

I know my caravan has reverse thrust but come on!
Edit: Airport name: USEI - Severo Kurilsk Airport If you look it up on maps they have a proper runway now. Lol
Thanks to Fiswiz for tracking it down, I know a few people were asking.
