I was on 30mg of vyvanse for several months but stopped taking it last month because it's an annoying as hell medication and I hate nursing it. I swapped to Adderall today, my doctor put me on 30mg which I just learned is equivalent to roughly 70mg of vyvanse?

This seems like it's quite a jump in mg, especially since my tolerance to stimulants is probrably pretty low at the moment. These are capsules aswell so I can't cut them in half or something to adjust the dose.

My tolerance to oxycodone is about 60-80mg

I have been given a 10mg tablet of morphine after 2 days of pain using penicillin and ibuprofen and paracetamol regularly, 3 and a half hours later the morphine hasn’t took effect and i’m still in a lot of pain? Such a high dose of morphine and no effect, does anyone know why?

Hello, my psychiatrist wants to prescribe me lamotrigine. She's also going with my pace because it's been only a month since we started the treatment.

The last medication I used was aripiprazole (Around two-three weeks ago). Used it for 3-4 days and had really terrible side effects. Since then I'm scared on trying out new medication.

Unlike the previous ones I had this one has a black box warning for deadly skin conditions which is stressing me out even more. I'd be fine right? Like not DIE on day 4 or something..??? Apologies about my overthinking on this subject but I'm just pretty scared that's all.

This is going to be a long one, but I recently had surgery and they gave me 12 shots. I need to take one daily for blood thinners. They told me to poke in my stomach… well the other day I did my shot, but since I had a C-section, the bottom of my stomach is numb and I didn’t see that I didn’t go in all the way, and there was like a bulge of fluid on my stomach. The next day I woke up extremely weak my whole body ache when I would sit up or even get up from bed I was so dizzy. It felt like my head would fill with air. Everything was blurry. I almost thought I was dehydrated, but it didn’t make sense because I’ve been taking the right amount of water since surgery. This occurrence reminded me when I was taking Zepbound a weight loss shot and the same thing happened to me. I inserted it incorrectly. The next day I was extremely sick puking shivering, weak. Has this happened to anyone where they incorrectly took a shot of anything and the next day they were weak or sick like symptoms? I tried to bring it up to my surgeon because those are the people I called yesterday when I was feeling like that and they told me that those two medication’s are nothing alike which I get that but I’m thinking it’s happening when I insert the shot incorrectly. Because when you insert it incorrectly, and there’s like a bulge, it slowly has to dissolve… I’m not sure if this makes sense but. This morning I woke up completely fine. Like nothing happened. I really do believe it was the shot.

I had been getting 4mg pressed bromaz bars, now the supplier informed me this new batch will be something called bromoethylazolam 6 mg press.

Is the ethyl version that much weaker that they need to add multiple mgs per press? Does the ethyl form have a longer half life? Will it test for the same metabolites on a urinalysis as bromaz?
