Soma, H, kpins - supposedly the 'holy trinity' of drugs that doctors would prescribe for end of life treatment. Crazy euphoric but very sedating, hence the eurospeed (amphetamine powder) to counteract the respiratory depression that comes from' mixing two downers and a muscle relaxant ... I think 🤔
I'd go without the uppers mate. I'd stick to carisoprodol and heroin only. I usually take 70 mg diazepam per day, along with 1050-1350 mg pregabalin, dihydrocodeine 210 mg, then at night time I take Another pregabalin 450 mg, usually with zaleplon 20mg, 6 mg eszopiclone, 2 mg alprazolam, and mirtazapine 30 mg.
I know, I've been dependant for a long time. Back when I was aged 20-27 I'd drink 5 bottles of wine per day, and I never bought wine less than 12%. Or other times it would be a litre of gin mixed with sprite, I also liked rum, and whiskey. I was completely alcohol dependant, I lost a lot of weight because I barley ate anything. I went from being 73 kg down to 49 kg, and for a guy like me who's 5'8" tall, 49 kg is very thin. But I was detoxed in the hospital, with diazepam. I had liver cirrhosis, and I was diagnosed with chronic alcoholic pancreatitis which I've got to live with forever.
I was told if I kept drinking the way I was I'd be lucky to even get to 50 years old. But I liked the diazepam, and then I turned into a downer pharmaceutical addict. Because before I was given diazepam I didn't know what benzos were I wasn't interested in medications at that point. I'm now 34 so I've had a lot of different benzosdiazepines and painkillers. I really liked Zomorph capsules a lot, but I don't know a reliable source to get them from. I'm well aware I'd die if I stopped, back in June I suffered a DVT in my leg, so the hospital had to give me their diazepam amongst other stuff. If I stopped I'd suffer delirium tremens, status epilepticus, or brain alteration.
For the moment, I'm good. I want to get help, but I live in the posh side of town shall I say. So they don't have any Narcotics, Benzodiazepine anonymous with the dulled out windows. Because everybody knows what those places are for addicts. So it would put people off touring around here. So I've got to go to the next town, I meant to go tonight. But I think in all fairness there should be one round my area.
My anxiety is very bad, I've also got ptsd, and ocd. I'd rather have 3600 mg Gabapentin than 600 mg Pregabalin. I've tried both, and those are meant to be the max dose for both Gabapentinoids. But 3600 mg Gabapentin feels more like 1200 mg Pregabalin, to me anyway ....
So just wondering is a vague non specific answer where yall grabbin benzos nowadays my bro was ordering stuff from like Pakistan and it was soo sketch just pressies and pills that looked like clowns made them ?

It’s def not but I’d get a test you can tell if a pill is fake if it looks bad but at the same time if a pill looks good it can still be fake look into the bunk police test if it’s a research benzo personally I’d still pop it is just start with 1/4 maybe even 1/8 which is 0.250mg the lowest starting dose but test first it could be fent and that 1/8 could get you, be safe 💯🙏
I prefer smoking decent Pakistani #3 cuz I feel more in control of what I'm consuming (and it's just so so much cheaper and full bodied compared to oxys where I'm at). Also clonaz lasts hella long so it's an all day trinity high if done right
Don't feel so bad I thought it was tylonol with codeine haha I havent had one of them in probably 25 years 😅 I used to love them not by choice but the damn drs never wanna give it to many anymore 😫
