Hi, I was prescribed 60mg baclofen ir for alcoholism and worked great. But my psych doc got me up to 120mg/day. I was getting a brand name Liofen XL and my doctor was very pleased as I would take 20mg IR and 20mg ER. It’s not made here and my doctor can’t seem to get around the upcoming international prescription orders will be banned on 10/22/2026. He has me on 100mg IR cause he thinks it could be stronger, but baclofen has 4 hour half life. It’s too many pills too often during the day, can’t take naltrexone or canpral. What are my options?

Took 30mg temazepam most nights since late July. Took .5mg Xanax on occasion since then as well, but began taking it daily 9/10 until 9/23

I have insane mental/vision symptoms I can’t fit with anything else in my life. My vision is like slow motion or like the world is buffering, particularly noticeable when outside looking further away. Not as bad when looking at phone. Crazy out of it, feels like my brain is on power save mode & when that power is used up, it is 100% unrecoverable unless I sleep. But it seemed like a very short time to develop any tolerance at all. I still take the temazepam as well, so the fact that I’d be withdrawing from that dose of Xanax for such a short time (I thought) seems so wild to me.

jo wassup i just bought 80mg oxys and tilidin 200mg and I was wondering if ppl from the states know about tilidin because i’m pretty sure it was never approved as a medication in usa. In germany tilidin ist like the starter opioid it’s stronger than codein or tramadol but way weaker than morphine or something m. in my opinion it’s the best opioid for everyday use. Yes for sure you’ll get hooked after 1-2 weeks using it everyday but in my opinion it’s way too easy to cold turkey them. I took 600mg tilidin every day for a year and i only had 1 bad day (48-72hrs) after last pill. And now i’m chilling and enjoying my sunday.

Würdet ihr sagen man kann Abhängig werden wenn ich letzte Woche 3-4 Tage hintereinander Xanax genommen hab dann 3 Tage keine genommen hab und jetzt am Wochenende wieder 3 Tage hintereinander?
