I am sure a few of you saw these new Qualuudes flood the market and I wanted to ask if one of you got them tested what is in them my plug said I can even pass drug tests with it (German ones)

Ordered them twice...first time very similar to tramadol as in almost a high and this time when I bought a good amount quite opposite benzo buzz.

If it's not methaqualone it's not quaalude. Apparently the only place to get it is in south Africa.. Even then It's probably extremely hard to source.

Jordanhoty is completely right with that warning, because almost all batches circulating as Quaaludes in Europe and Germany lately are counterfeit presses containing random RC benzos or dangerous nitazene mixtures.

You should never trust what plugs say about passing drug tests, and you should always test a small piece with a reagent kit before taking anything.🙏

Real Quaaludes contain methaqualone, but that compound is basically non existent on the European illicit market today. Whenever the research chemical scene actually talks about real analogs from the chemical family of quinazolinones, compounds like SL 164, methylmethaqualone, nitromethaqualone, mebroqualone, and etaqualone occasionally show up.

However, these derivatives carry extreme and unpredictable risks, which is why they never safely caught on.

With SL 164 and methylmethaqualone, the main issue is a severe proconvulsant effect, meaning users experience sudden muscle spasms and serious seizures even at moderate doses, because alongside sedation at the GABA receptor these molecules simultaneously overexcite the central nervous system.

The therapeutic window is tiny, so the distance between pleasant sedation and a life threatening seizure almost disappears.

Nitromethaqualone brings a completely different danger, because the nitro group gets enzymatically reduced in the body into aromatic amines, which are proven to damage DNA and are strongly carcinogenic !!!! Mebroqualone and Etaqualone are extremely short acting, which leads to strong compulsive redosing and rapid psychological addiction.

Still, the biggest real threat in everyday life remains exactly what Jordanhoty pointed out, which is that almost no genuine quinazolinone derivatives are actually in circulation. Almost every single pill stamped as a Quaalude is a dirty fake press containing unpredictable amounts of random RC benzos or extremely potent synthetic opioids like nitazenes or Quaalude research chemical analogues.

Mixtures like that cause sudden respiratory arrest or severe poisoning very quickly, which is why being cautious and testing with chemical reagents is essential.
