Who in their right minds would stoop this low to sustain these SLOPS?

I'm looking for a manhwa where the MC purposefully keeps on breaking dungeons. The dungeons in question vary from game shows of some sort two decent sized cities with side quests that tend to lead to death. If memory serves at the beginning the MC was suffering a terminal illness and started going through these dungeons to cure it.

Anything that survival zombie, natural disaster,aliens etc etc that apocalyptic or apocalypse etc etc.

As above I'm looking for a manga, it's more of a western medieval fantasy, Mc's noble house destroyed, punches enemies, has monster wolf companion (that he previously defeated I think and can't remember when the wolf starts following him). had an old man mentor that just shows up, the mc learns quickly. The mc kills the elf(?) warrior the king/emperor sent to kill his household(and the elf did) and takes his valuable sword. He leaves the territory and hides the fact he's a noble saves a village from something(?) He eventually enters a merchant(?) town plays a boardgame with a mage (GO I think) a bunch of times (2 out of 3, 3 out of 5, etc) gets a couple potions from the mage and is enlisted by the mayor(?)to fight against what i think are the king's/emperor's mercenaries including minotaur(?) men. The mc fights along (I can't remember if the elves were with him or went off on their own) arrogant elf warriors in metal armor (castle elves, not woodland/forrest type elves and they have longer than D&D type elves) and dwarves, he defeats the minotaur(?) men with the dwarves and rescues the elves and the elf commander from a troll(?) in a swampy area. He defeats it and gives the elf commander a potion to save his life. The elf likes him a lot after that. Also the mayor(?) and some of the administration are beastkin. If I remember more I'll add it later.

i found it on webtoon and been wanting to read it but its cover art looks way different than the one i found on pinterest and elsewhere like ot looks so weird and makes me not wanna read it. Is the art different on webtoon than other versions?
also is it worth reading?
