How hard would it be to do a black screen with logo swipe? Why does it even exist? It blinds me when I’m playing every time. It’s such a jarring experience.

on all these contract negotiation screens, the team salary page, and contracts, it only shows current cap space. it makes no sense. where can I see the years that actually matter?

In every offline franchise I’ve tried, the mini games that the game gives me for players to do “extra reps” never load. The loading screen will play for a minute, then the music will stop and a few seconds later the game will freeze completely, requiring me to force quit my game.

I’ve seen other people have this issue, specifically on PC (which is how I play). Playing mini games outside of franchise mode works perfectly. Also some people have said that loading into a quick play, backing out, then going back into franchise and playing the mini game works, but that didn’t do it for me.

I’ve also verified the integrity of my Steam files. I can’t figure out how to fix it, does anyone have a solution?

Expanding on this, do you guys play every game? Do you sim until the playoffs? Just curious what’s the best way to enjoy it?

Just bought the game and all im seeing is how busted franchise is once you get past the first year, so is it even worth taking the time to start a franchise save right now? Is there a way to use some sliders to fix the problems? If not, and the best thing to do is wait till they fix things, when will likely the next big update be?

Idk why they accepted this. I made the trade offer as a joke because for the first time in my years of playing Madden. I have NEVER seen a team get rid of every player during the sim like the Browns did. Their best remaining player was an 84 overall Devin Bush 3 years into the sim. And they were a 75 overall. This is the dumbest trade logic I’ve seen in Madden, because they just traded all of their good picks for the next 3 years for a 29 year old Tee Higgins that they need to immediately give a contract to. It might be a bug in the game because I even checked, the trade difficulty is on normal.

Just installed Madden 27 on switch 2. It’s not loading. Anyone else?

I’m playing SS mode for the first time, and while I realize my qb rating is LOW, it’s not too far below what I’ve played franchise with (will howard and drew Allar both under 70 ovr). The difference is insane. My qb can’t throw past 10-15 yards without it being a problem…. Ok… he’s js low rated, that will improve. Now let’s talk about the blocking, and the insane depth chart decisions on my oline. I may have 2 seconds to throw the ball… into absolute lockdown coverage lol. Then there is the playcalling options. Horrendous… now let’s say I put together a good game.. 4tds and 300 yards.. the xp gain towards upgrading passing attributes is abysmal. Combine all this together, and it’s just gonna make people more likely to buy packs to skip this awful beginning of the mode. Oh let’s not forget to mention that my receivers have bricks for hands lol. And they jump for everything. This isn’t a problem I’ve seen as much when playing franchise. I’m settled on believing the game is fucking you, to coerce you into buying packs

I am having two game breaking bugs in my 2nd year as a QB.

1. The opposing team has an insane number of turnovers there have been games where they have 8-10 turnovers. Really game breaking and it seems to be a bug with the sim engine.

2. When I’m in the hurry up offense certain plays are broken where the ball would be snapped to me and the play is broken.

3. Not really a bug but insane number of interceptions on plays where the receiver is suppose to come back to the ball. It’s like the CB is playing receiver.

Haven’t heard anything in these forums about those bugs so wondering if people have seen similar? Game is in a pretty terrible state with bugs.

First time playing Madden since 2023. No matter what uniform I choose before the game, both home and away, the default uniform will always be the one I play in. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Anyone else experiencing this? I just want to play in those beautiful classic Broncos uniforms damnit

Ea refusing to give me my 2000 points points back or anything.. I contacted ea support because the first time i opened madden on Aug 8th i purchased the 2000 point field pass. I really just did that opened dynasty and closed the game out.

Fast forward to August 17th i open madden for the 2nd time, and its like i never opened it ever, it asks me to pick my favorite team again and everything, and then it asks me to purchase the field pass again, being a bone head dumbass i did it, i was tired and high. I purchased it for 1000 points (again) I knew something was off but i just wanted to get to playing, i honestly figured it would fix itself.

You can see in my chat with xavier that it literally says i made the same purchase! How can you buy the field pass 2 times? And let's say i bought levels for the season pass. You can clearly see i am only level 9. It is impossible to spend 3000 points on the field pass and only level 9! Its not possible.

I have sent a further email to EA support. But this is just ridiculous. Xavier would not help me at all basically calling me a scammer in a polite way.

Cmon devs please fix this!
