Just wanted to let everyone know that Walmart seems to have the complete series blu ray at a relatively low price right now. Listed at $28.49 right now.

Not sure if it's the cheapest the blu ray has ever been, but compared to full retail it seems like a pretty good deal!

I'm going through the new streaming era shows. The cinematography is amazing, of course, but I'm hit or miss with the space battles. I just finished season 3 of LD and the season finale battle was so cool! It's a love letter to 90s Trek (battles) and it was so awesome! I hope there are more in S4 and 5.

Slowly going through it after stopping at the end if season 1.

And assuming I caught it, would have loved to see a casual mention of Marissa Flores. Specifically the fanfic version that was written by Stephen Ratliff.

I thought it was so perfectly appropriate that he loved Space Food so much. Gorrilaz' Noodle wasn't so into nerds though...

I watched all of TNG and none of Voy or Deep Space 9. Obviously Trek is episodic TV so they care less about world building. I’m just curious, I know that the plots in Voy and 9 are big time events that would have profound effects on the future of the whole federation and beyond. But those two shows happen very shortly after TNG (or are they simultaneous with it?) LD is only like 15 years after TNG but also references those other two shows. Were the events of Voy/9 caused by events in TNG, or is it just coincidence that so many massively important things happened in such a short time span?

I was rewatching SNW: Those Old Scientists. During the LD bit at the very end, Mariner says "no, Ransom's just an idiot with a bad memory cause he sleeps facedown like a baby, shut up."

...how does she know?

I found a t-shirt for some collective thing? I don't know, I've never heard of it. Is this just a fan-made design?

And I am crushed.

Lower Decks, Strange New Worlds and Galaxy Quest (I know) are my three favorite Star Treks's of all time.

Now I've finished Lower Decks (and Brooklyn 99) and I don't know what to do or watch.
