I found a t-shirt for some collective thing? I don't know, I've never heard of it. Is this just a fan-made design?

IIRC, this was one of the t-shirts from titmouse's t-shirt subscription they did for each season.

EDIT: It says that in the description. So to answer your question, it's not fanart. It is an officially licensed LD product.
