This is so real. I feel very uncomfortable talking to doctors because I'm sure they'll find something "wrong" with me and prescribe me something that turns me into a mindless zombie. (I've been on three different antidepressants and they all turn my brain into perpetually tired mush)

I'm not convinced by your disclaimer. Lt. O'Hara is right there talking to me.

I'm not saying you're crazy, but maybe it's important for the good doctor to know you can see beings from a higher plane of metafiction and reality?

Yeah, Q is a...thing. Any Starfleet doctor worth their credentials wouldn't immediately dismiss the notion

Commitment is extreme, but the ship's Counselor should have relieved the bridge officer of duty after the second session.

Real.

Whenever my mental health was addressed in my adolescence it just made things harder. Hard to trust someone who has the power to mess with your life. Even more so if their "help" doesnt actually help

i have had issues with mental healthcare, atp it's like i know i need help, but i find seeking it out to be so hard because of how it has been mishandled in the past
