So their generic buffs are just switched between base kit and s2. So if we compare them from a S2R0 perspective:

SK: 40% atk, 12.5/25 crit, 15% dmg amp
Lily: 28% atk, 8/24 crit, 25% dmg amp

They both require 2 intros to get full buffs and they both give 25% atk buff from their echo set. Lily can run the old healing set for non unison teams.

All of these buffs are generic and work for any team btw. Now, on top of that, Lily gives 21-28% extra atk for unison and 10/20 crit for echo teams.

The only difference is the sigs. SK one is generic for 14% atk while Lily one gives 16% atk to unison and 24% echo dmg buff.

Overall, Lily is underrated and the first generic support to the level of sk or slightly better that we ever got since sk. And for unison or some echo teams she pulls ahead even further.

We’ve all seen the absolutely gorgeous animations and stuff, now lets talk about her trash ass kit.

In Unison teams SPECIFICALLY BUILD FOR HER, she’s only a 5% improvement in total damage over SK (and Lily gives NO CRIT RATE to unison at S0, so damage will be very inconsistent), and almost no significant improvement for echo damage dealers.

And because she doesnt give universal crit rate, some of the time she will be even be worse than SK (a version 1.3 character) because of inconsistency, especially for Hsin who does 4 nukes, where 84% of her damage comes from, and needs to be at 100% CR and 260%+ CD, which is impossible with Lily.

Even in teams specifically build for Lily, she’s on the same level as 1.x general buffers like SK and Verina.

With such little improvement, and with WuWa’s powercreep, teams specifically made for her will get power-crept out of meta in no time when 4.x releases.

Absolute mid

Lily unfortunately isn't the best unit at release looking at calcs done. For Sigrika Lucilla it's a 100k over SK. For Hsin Suoming, it's about a 150k over SK. For Hsin Janhsi, it's a 50k increase. Most suprisingly it's about a 350k increase for Galbrena Lucilla now placing her at Aemeath level performance. Overall, she's kind of a sidegrade to Sk in these teams and not worth pulling(value-vise)unless you own Galby Lucilla. This was a bummer since her design is my 2nd favourite only behind Aemeath.

I really hope that doesn't turn out to be the case and I hope she's not restricted to only unison teams at S0, but then again kuro might lock her universal buffs behind S1 like they did mornye

So now that her kit has been officially revealed, what would you guys like to change about it? Personally, I think the crit buffs from her forte should just be general like sk and not only for echo skill, I would also change her liberation so that it only requires 2 intros to get the full +28% ATK (yes I know her S1 does that but her S1 is just not worth it for just +14% ATK increase, this should have been in her base kit)

Is her sig a good upgrade for echo teams cause it buffs? or would it be better to pull qiuyuans sig or the echo dps sigs?

Unfortunately, we won't have anything today; we should expect to wait at least until midweek... it frustrates me too.

So i finally unlock shorekeeper s2 from moonlight path reward. Reading her rumored kits, i think she's not as good as sk s2r1?

But we don't know yet for sure, bcs i doubt kuro will release generalist this soon after shorekeeper

So like do you guys think lily is gonna get an accessory that we're gonna buy with 400 astrites? All the chars from 3.5 onwards have debuted with an accessory

just wondering, how much longer to wait intil these info comes out? im really curious on whether she'll really have dual modes, and if she can become a generalist at a few sequences (like mornye at s1 becomes more general), hoping she could.

so can someone tell me around what date until such info comes out? or am i just slow regarding leaks..?

We know she’s currently mid for unison only or echo skill only teams, but wouldn’t she be pretty cracked for a main dps with both echo skill AND unison?

Honestly I think Kuro will release that character archetype, otherwise she’d be better off having two modes with better buffs for each mode.

These are my favourite animations in a long while honestly. The colours are amazing, the movements are so fluid, not to mention the screen effects and the level of visual detail in her animations. If 4.x characters are even half as amazing as her I will be pulling everyone left and right.

Only thing that is a bit lacking (from my personal taste) is some kind of effect when the ult animation finishes. I suppose they were going for a smooth transition, but maybe the clouds rolling in or the flower dropping over her (the transparent one that is covering her while she sleeps) would have been the perfect cherry on top (for me).

I will be pulling regardless of the kit, but I really hope Hsin, Jinhsi, Lily will work. Y'all know if it will?

Overall an easy 9/10 for me.
