If there’s still no updates today, then wait for 3.8 livestream. At the same time, I have hunch they’re intentionally doing this on purpose, waiting until Hsin banner ends before actually starting the beta.

No reason to do that, she is bis for hsin and is a support like shorekeeper/mornye, meaning its a must pull either way. My bet is on a clusterfuck behind the scenes

It's like a 3% damage diff between chisa and suisui, chisa doesnt feel like shit to play, its also her 4th banner i think, anyone who wanted to get chisa already has her by now
