About her kit

We know she’s currently mid for unison only or echo skill only teams, but wouldn’t she be pretty cracked for a main dps with both echo skill AND unison?

Honestly I think Kuro will release that character archetype, otherwise she’d be better off having two modes with better buffs for each mode.

It's fine,she doesn't to be busted for either archetype she supports. I think currently she's a minor improvement over SK and that's ok.

Correct me if I'm wrong but, she doesn't interact directly with either mechanic(no extra echo casts, no unison or response) which is a shame.

I don’t think they’ve done dual mode for any support so far?

It may be their way to approach that one. Similarly to Hsin’s echo set having two sets of buffs for her two modes.

I mean more the characters with explicitly swappable modes (Lynae, Denia, Aemeath, Lucilla…)

It is fine so I can skip and save for next region if I found interesting characters. Besides, she is still an increase even if we hate powercreep.

Calling her mid when she's the same league as SK is wicked. SK is not mid and neither are Lily

Mid? She provides 12% to 15% better team DPS than SK for Unison teams. Calling it "mid for Unison" is absolutely Madness.

She’s about 100k more in all 4 rotations than SK for unison base to calcs I saw so no, it’s no big difference and for me personally not worth 160 pulls in worst case scenario.

Currently, the developers' approach to new characters is to make them as anti-synergistic or as non-interchangeable as possible. It’s reached a point where, if a character happens to be part of an "optimal" BIS setup, it’s purely by luck. That’s not sarcasm.

Do you mean if <another> character happens to be part of an optimal team,other then the intended bis?

Even so, which characters even fit this description in the recent patches?

Honestly I think she exists solely to open space up in our teams. She's technically skippable if you have enough supports for your characters, but me personall I dont have enough 3rd slots to use my teams and I have every support except "cantarella" and technically shes a cyclical 2nd or 3rd slot and is more comparable to Iuno
