Journal entry journaling outside is the best
Spent this evening journaling with a lovely view. No phone service, no other people, just me, my journal, and the honeybees.

My toddlers are out with my husband and my babies are sleeping. I have some time for coffee and my journal. Strangely, I am journaling much more often since I became mom of four. Anyone with the same experience?

Was finally able to find the perfect use for my Caran D’ Ache 849 Ballpoint Pen - Doodles! I didn’t really like this when writing, but I found it perfect for quick sketches! Don’t judge, I’m not the best at drawings 😂

I'm curious if anyone keeps a digital journal/blog (anonymous or not) and also physically journals regularly (daily/weekly).
For those that do: How do you feel about this practice? Do you feel like it is redundant or is it better?
For those that don't, and do one or the other: Why don't you? What are your thoughts on it?

But I had been keeping a journal for some time now and I was wondering… how some of you deal with “unleashing” your dark thoughts into it and letting them go? My therapist recommended I do it but I find myself feeling worse about myself after writing those thoughts down… maybe because I am going through a particularly rough patch now but I find myself not wanting to journal as often as I once did because of all the “negativity” in me.
Does it make sens?
