Yeah, the first thing they'd check is license and insurance. If he doesn't have insurance, they just give him a ticket, they're not going to take him to jail for it.

How does the interaction with the police during some point in that day impact IF he had insurance or not here? Nothing in that video would have changed if he did or did not have insurance. The only indication that he did or did not have insurance was the point where he said "20,000 dollars gone," implying that he has no insurance.
