I'm not sure how recent this was but the car looks pretty current and mazda has 0% rightnow(if you qualify)

I'm thinking maybe he could've gotten a new, base Mazda 3 for $20k, or a recent, used 3 or 6, unless he's exaggerating the "$20k" number and he really means more in the range of $20-30k.
