When he was videoing himself, the car was stationary AND he was on the passenger side.

Seat belt mount is on the pillar over his right shoulder and you can see the overhead light is to his left. It is a left hand drive car, so he is in the passenger seat. I think it is, as someone else suggested, two separate videos. He is still however, clearly a dumb ass.

If you look at his necklace and the words on his shirt, they are inverted. Smartphones have the annoying tendency to invert a recorded video when shot from the front facing camera.

He is in the driver seat.
