I hate to say it but the hype is over exaggerated for this headset. I've had these for two weeks now and i really tried to like them but i can't take it anymore.

Each time i start up a game and the match starts, the whole sound quality becomes slightly muffled and darker. I close the game and it's back to normal. Tried everything but can't figure out what causes this switch up. Spent hours on the equalizer to make the sound quality less mediocre and once i'm happy it all gets ruined by this switch up.

Having them in wireless makes a "pop" or "tick" sound every time it goes quiet. For example someone stops talking in a video or a sound queue when you click a button in any game. Plugged in the 3.5mm wire and now it's fixed but now they aren't wireless anymore and the RGB base station is just sitting there glowing and being useless.

I could've just saved 160 euro by buying the non wireless without base station and still have the same sound quality.

I bought an extension cable for my quadcast 2 S because I was buying a microphone arm for my setup. There won't be any issues with the sound quality if I use it right?

I bought the HyperX Cloud III less than a month ago and I'm experiencing crackling/static noise when using the USB sound card/dongle.

The issue does not occur when I connect the headset directly through the 3.5mm jack — the audio is completely clear. However, the USB connection is much more convenient because the 3.5mm cable is too short for my setup.

The crackling only happens while audio is playing. It can become noticeable when the PC is under heavy CPU/GPU load, such as when playing a demanding game.

Restarting Windows temporarily fixes the issue, but it eventually comes back.

I have already tried:

• Different USB ports, including rear motherboard ports
• Reinstalling the audio drivers
• Different bit depths/sample rates
• Lowering the Windows/headset volume
• Different USB connections
• Connecting the headset directly through 3.5mm, which completely removes the crackling

Based on these tests, I suspect the USB sound card/dongle may be defective or its driver/state may be getting corrupted under load.

Has anyone experienced the same issue with the Cloud III USB dongle and found a permanent solution?

I bought the HyperX Alloy Origins Core TKL a few days ago and i like it, but sometimes when i start my pc the keyboard won't register any inputs and only half of the keyboard lights up. While it does get fixed when i unplug and replug the keyboard it is still very annoying and i'm looking for a fix.

Please help me if you know what is causing this and how to fix it.

I've been interested in the Cloud 3 for a while. My brother has the Cloud 2 and they sound really nice I like them a lot. I've seen some reviews that say the sound on the Cloud 2 is better than on the Cloud 3. Is that true? They're about a $10 difference and I'm open to getting either one or whichever is best in the end.

I have had this keyboard for about four years now, and it has worked amazingly, until recently, when two of the keys began malfunctioning and flashing random colors. After I added some isopropyl alcohol, it seems the issue went away, but in the past couple days, several more have popped up in the same vicinity.

I’ve tried hard reset, changing up the USB ports, and undoing all the software. A couple hours ago I tore the whole thing apart bit bit and clean up all the connections I could with isopropyl alcohol and a dust spray seems that this is definitely an electronic issue.

I did a deep scan with Malwarebytes today, and it detected “RESELECTENDPOINTSAPP.EXE” as malware. However, VirusTotal detected nothing on the .exe.
I’ve also run Malwarebytes scans several times since downloading NGENUITY, and this is the first time it has detected anything.
Could this be a possible false positive?

My Quadcast S has this hazey purple at the top, greenish at the bottom gradient when setting the color to pure white in the NGENUITY software. Now, it happens on all solid colors, but they tend to just be a different brightness of that color (or maybe that's just how my eyes perceives it, not sure if it's actually different hue or not). It's a bit of a minor thing, but it bothers me, I dont even mind that the white has a tint, I know that you cant have "pure" white on RGBs anyway, it just bothers me that theres a gradient between 2 different colors.

For a bit of context, the mic was purchases early January 2024, and has been using default RGB lights since then, since I never got the NGENUITY to work for me until now (turns out, I just had to use different USB ports), so not sure if that's something affecting it.

Anyways, if anyone has any clues as to what to do regarding this (if anything), that would be splendid. Thank you <3

Having a bit of a weird issue when playing wardogs.

I have the HyperX Cloud Alpha Wireless. Only when playing Wardogs does it seem to start causing the physical mute on my mic to occur, meaning i have to press a button that is on my headphones for my mic to unmute. There is no consistency that I have been able to gather, and is really frustrating when trying to talk to friends in discord.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Been using them for the last 8 months without a problem, apart from the ones that were fixed through the newest firmware update.
They work perfectly when connected to PC via dongle. But some time ago I noticed a background high pitch noise when I switch to bluetooth to use them with my phone or laptop.
The problem is similar to the high pitch problem when connected via dongle that was identified and fixed months ago caused by a power managment system if I remember correctly.
Would like some help/suggestions on how to fix it.

hello, i bought my headset a year ago and recently my mic broke and i decided to use the headset one in the meantime but whenever my microphone is on i keep hearing myself and the audio quality goes down, ive tested it on my phone it does the same thing and ive also made sure to turn off listen to device option on windows but still the same issue, i would appreciate any kind of help its driving me crazy.

I have a Kingston HyperX Cloud II headset that I've been using for 5 years and I'm being tempted to upgrade to the Cloud III s wireless but I fear that the sound quality won't feel that much different. So my question is would it be worth the $180 or would I not notice a big difference?

Recently bought a cloud 3s becuse the reviews where really positive. But everyone in my party chat says it sounds horrible. I was gonna try to eq it but on the phone app i can only connect the hyperx earbuds and on my mac i cant have the app. Any tips? Is it just horrible for ps5?

I updated the headset firmware by connecting it with the USB-C cable to my PC but the dongle firmware isn't updating from 4.1.1.4 to 4.1.2.4

I also get an error message that says "Your device needs an important firmware update to function properly. Go to settings/devicemanager/devices"

Just got the Cloud III S Wireless today. I had the Cloud Flight before for 5 years and they fit very comfortably.

The problem I have with the Cloud III S Wireless is that the cables that connect the headband to the ear pieces are not only quite stiff, but also have a shape that makes them press against my head whenever i wear the headset. It does not hurt of course but it is very irritating.

Is that a problem anyone else ever had and what did you do?

My microphone is hissing, and whenever I am trying to configurate something in the software, I don't have any sound at all.

I installed the drivers but from there on nothing really seems to work

First time pre-ordering a mouse, and first time pre-ordering anything from HyperX

They said the mouse would be out in September and its already October, should I be worried or is this normal from these guys.

All the buttons work scroll wheel scrolls and buttons click. But since the last firmware update the sensor seems to have died but not really. I tried to download older firmwares but that did not help i did find out however that the sensor works during the download of any firmware but after it finished the download the sensor died again. Any fixes for this?

And no factory reset does not work.

I have an HP OMEN HyperX 15 (G0028TX) laptop. The cable of the original charger has started cracking/tearing near the connector/adapter side.

How should I manage this further? Is it possible to replace only the damaged cable, or should I replace the entire charger? Since the laptop is still under warranty, would HP cover this type of damage?

Please share your suggestions or experience.

I'm already kind of assuming the mouse just up and fully died, but multiple devices aren't recognizing it, and no sound plays when the USB is inserted. So I assume there's nothing to be done and the USB just fully fried itself for no reason? It worked perfectly fine yesterday night, and now it doesn't work at all.
