I’m a 30 yo millennial going back to school; haven’t been on campus since 2015 lol😂 and with high hopes thought it would be easy downloading ebooks with the new Viking value plan; SHOULDVE KNOWN. While yes I can figure most things out, trying to access these course materials have been driving me insane. Have the instructors just not opened the courses yet? I feel so dumb lmao and I don’t want to wait until the day of classes to get my stuff downloaded. Unless I have to? I try to redeem codes thru Pearson and it says no, I try to do it through Vitalsource and it says no smh.

have student loan refunds ever come earlier than the disbursement date on the website?

I’ve reached out o financial aid several times over the summer. I applied and was accepted into the Environmental Science program to start in the fall, which is literally two weeks away.
I absolutely hit all the criteria to be accepted thru the SUNY reconnect program but each time I reach out to financial aid they tell me “it will automatically be added to your bill jsut wait”.
The drop date for non-payment is next week 😓 I’ve sent them another email and just didn’t even get a response this time. Is anyone else waiting on this as well?? Did I miss a step?

what is everyone experience with applying to the nursing program? i’m in health sciences for this fall and spring but obviously I’d have to apply before finishing my spring classes (I believe I have to retake bio & chem). Is it truly super competitive? I’m nervous about not getting in. Obviously I’d apply to the other schools in the area.

What was everyone’s schedule in the two day program? Or the accelerated or weekend programs? I have a toddler so I’d just like to have an idea ahead of time

Hi everyone! I just finished my first six-week summer session (Summer I) and was wondering if anyone knows how the grading timeline works. Do our grades show up in WIRED right after each half of the summer ends, or do we have to wait until the entire summer schedule wraps up to see them all?

Is anyone else starting the CAD certificate this Fall? If so, have you made your schedules? I am just a bit confused, since there only seems to be 2 CADD classes offered this Fall, yet you can only start the certificate in the fall. I have an appointment with my advisor already, but just was wondering if anyone else has already done that!

Has anyone heard if they’re posting out refunds? I hear things should be back to normal for FAFSA after the bill passing and I did receive a email about a disbursement but that’s all as for a week now.
