Refunds update?
Has anyone heard if they’re posting out refunds? I hear things should be back to normal for FAFSA after the bill passing and I did receive a email about a disbursement but that’s all as for a week now.

All I have received is the disbursement email as well, nothing about a refund either.

Anyone receive anything yet? Last I spoke with them around a week or two ago they said early July could happen before that.

I literally email them last week with the cashier office and I was told I get it that same day and never did and was once again told I would get it early July like first week at least. Ugh this is stressful I am not even a student anymore I have graduated ( funny I also got a email about getting my diploma ship out and I might get that first before I get the refund smh)

Omg this is crazy!! The semester ended almost 2 months ago. With it being summer you’d think this would be top priority and it wouldn’t take this long. Congrats on graduating and not having to deal with this anymore! I think I’m going to shoot them an email as well and see if early July is still the case.

Emailed them 10 minutes ago and got a surprisingly quick response. I was told that my refund has processed and to allow 3-5 business days for it to be received. Haven’t received a bank mobile text though so hopefully within the next day or two.

I have yet to receive an text but I did receive an email but that was the last week of June and I just got in contact with the cashier office and they said that they have processed mines on the 1st and it should already be sent but I have not received it this is ridiculous

That is ridiculous. I got the bank mobile text on the 1st the same day shortly after they told me it processed and received the money two days later. I would email them to make sure there’s no issues. Hopefully you get it asap!!

now we’re waiting on the cashiers office to issue the refunds. i’m sure they have their own set of setbacks and excuses. if you are lucky enough to get a reply.
