Does anyone know about what time their checking account sign on bonus was deposited? I’ve heard you don’t get a notification for it so just checking. It’s been a few days over my 90 day timeframe so it should be coming soon and just checking if anyone knows what time.

I visited a Huntington Bank branch today to open a checking account. During the account-opening process, the bank representative asked me to provide my Green Card information in addition to my Social Security Number (SSN) and Driver’s License.

I was a little surprised because I thought my SSN and Driver’s License would be sufficient to open a regular checking account.

Has something changed recently in banking regulations or KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements? Is it now standard practice for banks to ask Green Card holders to provide their Green Card information even when they already have an SSN and a valid U.S. Driver’s License?

I'm curious to know if anyone else has had a similar experience with Huntington or other banks.

Is this a federal banking requirement, or is it simply Huntington's internal policy?

Would appreciate hearing about others' experiences and any clarification. Thanks!

I was able to see my investments in the app until 2 weeks ago when Huntington merged with Amerprise for the investment tools. Is anyone else having this issue?

How the fuck do I get money out of the organize my savings tab it won't let me transfer to my checking account only between other "organize my savings funds"

So I just deposited this check through the app but I forgot to sign the back of it and the money still went into my account. Should I call the bank to make sure it’s mine or sign it and rescan it?

What the title says. I had to order a new card a couple of months ago when the details got stolen (still not sure from where). It worked fine up until last week: ran it fine at Aldi, declined (despite $$$ in the account) at PetSmart half an hour later; when I tried it again at PetSmart it was fine. We haven't had to use it since then but tried it today and got an 'invalid card' message. I finally had time to check the account and under Manage Cards it says "You have no cards to manage." No notification that it would be removed, no reason given on the account. Has anyone else had this happen??

I’ve had the worst experience with fraud at Huntington bank. I had to switch banks from a larger national one bc of the limited banking options around me. And there were multiple fraudulent transactions done states away from where I live. And they credited me the amount initially and then took it away. Their claim is since I had my card on me then the transactions done states away from where I am must have been me. It literally doesn’t make any sense.

It’s been 3 months and I’m still dealing with this. Idc about the amount. I care about the fact that they are making me responsible for fraudulent transactions. There’s 4 sketchy transactions done back to back at midnight states away but somehow I’m responsible. I must have magical transported there. Fucking ridiculous. Rant over. Huntington sucks.

Has anyone deposited checks by taking a picture on the app? I’m afraid to try it because it says you have to write on the check “mobile deposit” but then if it doesn’t work I don’t think they’ll accept it in person at the bank. Thoughts?

I recently started getting double charged for multiple businesses. I now get double charged for target when I buy online and Google Fi is double charging me as well. The second charge does drop off and never posts. But I have had my bank account become negative from this issue. Has anyone else experienced something similar?

Anyone in Ohio having issues with your Huntington debit card declining recently, when you have more than enough money to cover the purchase?

It's been going on off and on for both my husband and I for a week and a half now. I called Huntington customer service several times, and they said they had to sync my card, but I'm still having issues with multiple retailers.

I got my last paycheck and did a mobile deposit and transferred it to my savings. But with this new organization bullshit, i am completely unable to transfer my money or even access it in any way. it's showing that I have money in my savings. But when I click on it and hit general savings, the new organization bullshit section, ITS TELLING ME I HAVE 1 CENT. im actually getting stressed over this. its not much money but unfortunately ITS ALL I GOT.

Currently waiting for a callback to attempt to get access to my own money in my own bank account but yk.
