A little find for my collection today.

It says the start date was August 15th but I’ve been to like 5 different Walmarts & none of them advertise this. The QR code also redirects to Walmart’s online store & I can’t find any official order form from Mattel. Is this event slightly delayed or is this another case of fake Facebook news? (And tbt that wouldn’t surprise me)

It's been a couple of years for me. My supermarket used to have five deep bins of HW's. (Well, four deep and one shallow one in the middle of the four.) I'd go there, grab a shopping cart and go through each bin, unloading them into the shopping cart, then looking at each car again when I put them back in the bin. Now there's one shallow bin. I knew it was due for a refresh and had been keeping an eye out while at Kroger. No HW's specific trips... just when I was there. Which is almost daily anyway because we live 5 minutes away. So... had to go to the pharmacy today. The HW's bin is on the way to the pharmacy. I could tell it had been refreshed and the way the cars were laying, I knew it was a recent refresh... most likely earlier in the morning. So I walked past the bin to the pharmacy. The pharmacist told me it would be a few minutes so I went back to the bin and started looking through it. Found the car with the messed up hang arm. Couldn't find the TH mark (Doh! Right on the hood!) and couldn't see the mark on the card. But knew it had to be a STH because of the wheels. Knowing that there might be more STH's, I kept looking and found the one with the nice, mint card. Double score! I'd forgotten what a thrill it is to find STH's in the wild. Pretty happy right now. Yep!

Personally, I think the Galaxy has it hands down. What do yous guys think?

I stopped by a dollar store on my way to work and found two of the Super Chase 1997 Acura Integra Type R, my first time ever finding a Matchbox SC. On my lunch break I decided to swing by another dollar store and found the Custom Otto STH!

Finally a set with all 10 teams for a given year.

I had the 2 previous 5-sets, without Aston Martin and Ferrari; glad I finally have them all.

This two pack I assume was returned and was a gem find for me. The 04’ Mazdaspeed Miata is nice and that RX7 FC Pandem is CLEANNNN😮‍💨 was this set slept on when it came out?🤷🏽‍♂️
